If I could give lower than one star I would. This dealership was so unwilling to work with me or try to help me it was ridiculous. I test drove a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and loved it, and they came back with payment plans that were outrageous blaming my lack of credit, so I walked away. They never even tried to help me find another car, or let me know other options. I went to Jim Riehl at 14 and Van Dyke and walked away with a NEWER (2015) Jeep Cherokee Limited with all the bells and whistles for $155 cheaper than what Sterling said, proving it had nothing to do with my credit. The staff there were so friendly, so willing to help me, and went above and beyond my expectations. I will never ever walk into this dealership again, and I urge everyone to go to Jim Riehl instead.

I visited the dealership right at open a few mornings ago. I had already done my research and had 2 used vehicles picked out that I was interested in. I had sent an e-mail inquiry about one early in the week and spoke with a salesperson on the phone. He was very friendly in person, but when we sat down at his desk I started to try and explain my financial situation and find out my options. I came prepared with my credit report and wasn't ready to submit to any pre-approval until I had my questions answered. He rushed to tell me that he needed to do a quick check to see what he was working with, so regretfully I accepted, gave him my info. He came back was quick to tell me that he couldn't help me get approved. He started to explain in basic terms how car loans work and before he could finish, I assured him I knew what a subprime loan was and thanked him for his time. He didn't give me the opportunity to explain that I was putting half down in cash on the vehicle I was interested in. I felt like he assumed I was uneducated and not worth his time. I went to the Ford dealership across the street and was APPROVED for the same model vehicle I had originally inquired about, and was treated with respect from the beginning, before we even started the approval process. And the "quick check pre-approval" the sales person ran at your dealership was indeed a hard inquiry, upon checking my credit report again today. Thanks for sending me to a competitor who helped me with my purchase.

I recently purchased a 2014 jeep compass with the help of a member of the sales staff, alix b. The purchase went smoothly due to Ms B have the knowledge of the vehicle in question as well as her extansive background in retail vehicle sales. I was pleased on her handling of the sale, making sure that I was completed satisfied with my choice of vehicle and made me relaxed during the entire process without skipping a beat. Ms B has my vote of confidence in assuring the customer that he/she is number one! I look forward to hearing from her for future followups to make sure my purchase was the best ever!

The salesman (Don D.) added a service contract in my lease which I had clearly declined. He did not give me the Chrysler employee discount even though I obtained the correct number from Chrysler. Also, they were giving customers a FREE television with a purchase or lease of a car in December 2012. Not true, they added $850 to the price of my car lease. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership. This dealership had a class action lawsuit against it for these practices a few years ago,looks like they are back at it again. When I bought these vehicles from the dealer, I got a straight up price (Chrysler employee) and no hidden charges or deleys. The 2000 Grand Caravan I special ordered and it came in just how I had ordered it. The 2003 Durango I brought off the lot to tow my waverunners and boat. I got a good price, no hassles or arguements.
