My elderly father walked in and asked to buy a truck. He did not need a truck couldn't afford a truck and meeting him it becomes clear he has memory issues and difficulty finding his way around. He was talked into buying a brand new $40k truck. Of course without good credit he got swindled into a awful deal. When the family rushed to have it returned within 48 hours, Dick Genthe's response was that since he was not 'legally' deemed mentally incompetent they were not going to go back on the purchase. 'Sorry you don't like his decision' we were told. Way to watch out for the community. Way to prey on the elderly. I guess nothing has changed in the world of car sales. Make the transaction as fast as you can before the customer knows whats even going on. Thanks to the clan at Dick Genthe we have to move our father out of his current housing into something even cheaper and less safe because he is now straddled with $700 monthly payments on a truck he can't use. Thanks for being so understanding Dick Genthe.

Jeff lore went above and beyond to find and acquire my Eqinox. Duane Hess also helped emmensely, in procurring a great trade-in price for my Buick and getting me a very low interest rate for my subsequent loan. The final documentation process went very smoothly, too.

I went in and told John I was upside down on my current vehicle, and was looking to get into the least expensive lease possible. He crunched some numbers and within 5 minutes recommended the 2015 Malibu because of all of the rebates and incentives. The whole experience was fantastic. While in the showroom at the dealership salesman Ben V did a great job finding me the car I really wanted. He also made sure all paperwork was complete prior to me coming back to sign for the vehicle which dramatically reduced the wait time. He also gave me a tour of the service facility and introduced me to Michael L. Thanks for the great experience.

I saw great pricing online; however when I went to the dealership to look at the cars the prices in which the sales person gave to me were none of the same online. When I asked why the pricing was so different the sales associate gave some very lame reasons. They tried selling me cars with cig. burns and other that were very old or high miles. I went with $9000 cash and left with nothing...... lame
