DISHONEST! DISLOYAL! BAD BUSINESS! THE LIE TO CUSTOMERS!! BEWARE!

BEWARE!!!!! SHADY, DISHONEST, DISLOYAL BUSINESS!!!! My husband put down a 1000$ deposit on a Ford Explorer Friday 1-10-14 and received a txt message on Monday 1-13-14 from Mike saying he sold the car. Wait a second first of all you send a txt when you took our money on Friday only to sell the car on Monday and your busines is closed on Sunday, you never called prior to the transaction to inform us of what was going on but you took our money with no problem. Mike knew we were coming from NY to pick the car up in Detroit and we were told that this was a deposit to hold the car, until we could pay the remaining balance. We had no other vehicle in mind and was banking on this one. We have been corrosponding with this man for over a week via txt/phone daily. When the txt was sent earlier in the day we had to almost hunt him down to get him on the phone to explain what happened. This is a dishonest company, their business is disloyal and they are in the business of taking advantage of hard working people. We trusted then to do what they said they were going to do and we were mislead and mishandled. This is why Small businesses will never be successful because you have to deal with [non-permissible content removed] like this. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience. My salesman, Michael A, was and has been so very helpful. He had also sold my daughter a Sorento earlier this year and so, was recommended to me by her. I'm enjoying my Soul + and hearing lots of nice comments about it's appearance. A big "thank you" and kudoes to Michael! He puts a good face on the entire Glassman operation.

I leased a car from Glassman and the experience was great. My salesman, George S, was very courteous and knowledgeable about the car. I left with a sharp car with great mileage and a decent monthly car payment. My salesman as well as the others are a great group to deal with.
