Sterling was our sales rep. He was super personable and extremely knowledgeable about our car. Raz, the gm, spoke to me personally on the phone before we came over as we live 2 hours away in Battle Creek. I emphasized how important honesty was to me in all aspects of the purchase. He gave me a price over the phone and it wasn't a penny more than that when we arrived. Charles was our financial resource and made the signing very easy to understand. He also explained our extended warranty choices allowing us to make the best choice for us. Upon completion of the sale, all three of these fantastic men seeked us out, shook our hands, thanked us warmly, and welcomed us to the 'Mercedes family'.

Steven Bolton, my sales associate, and his support staff were extremely helpful and professional. Steven was very attentive to my wishes and was not pushy. He was also very respectful of my time, but not curt. Steven answered all my questions and was patient in my responses. Charles Biggs was also a highlight. Working together was nice, I could tell that Steven and Charles only thought when assisting me was making my experience a smooth, honest, and professional experience. All others that I met were friendly and helpful. All in all, a very pleasing experience. High marks to Steven, Raj, and Charles.
