Greatest car buying experience, ever.

Where do I start? Ok, first of all. I was driving this piece of junk, that I did not know what to do with. I was going to scrap it for a few hundred bucks. I found a car I liked online, and decided to call the dealership. So I called them, A man named Haeven picked up. Answered all of the questions that I had, and lastly, I asked if I could trade in my beautiful hunk of junk. He said, "No problem, we should be able to do SOMETHING with it." i went to the dealership, same day. Checked out the car, and it was awesome. Had my mechanic come out and take a look, and he also had agreed that the car was great. Haeven was a tough negotiator, unfortunately they were firm on price on the vehicle that I wanted, BUT he was willing to give me a little bit extra on my hunk of junk. So he did. We came to an agreement. I am very satisfied from A-Z. Customer service from the beginning to the end. Answered all of my questions, and assisted me with getting all my documentation together. Thanks again, i'll DEFINITELY be back, and I will definitely send all my friends and family here first! . I am satisfied with my "new to me" Subaru very much!

BUYERS BEWARE - SOLD US A LEMON WITH A WARRANTY

Buyers Beware!!! And DO NOT BUY the warranty! We had an awful experience. We purchased a 2006 Chevy Cobalt and purchased the extra warranty Haeven had to offer. He offered to split the cost of the warranty with us. How sweet, right? Well within 4 hours of us owning the car, which consisted of a drive home and a drive to the gym, the car overheated. We immediately contacted the dealership, they told us to take it to our mechanic and have him use the warranty we had purchased as anything that was wrong with it should be covered. Our mechanic called on it right away and found out that the warranty was useless because of a pre-existing condition? What..How can that be. We took it to our mechanic and he went through all the possibilities. He finally concluded it was the head gasket. Haeven gave us $300 for our trouble. The fix was $1400. Within a couple hours of getting it back from our mechanic, it overheated again. We spoke to Haeven and said you really need to make this right. His answer was bring it to his mechanic, because ours must be an idiot. Took to his mechanic and he replaced the water pump. To the tune of another $580. He assured us that his mechanic would be able to get the warranty company to cover it, because it was not a pre-existing condition. Nope, our son put out another $580 to get this repair done. And it ran great while we were at his facility, within a couple more days it won't blow heat. So now we are in over $2000 for a $4000 vehicle and this dealership did NOTHING to fix the issue. I have read all the other reviews here, and although Haeven seems like a very nice person, he is a swindler and has taken advantage of an 18 year old kid. We have repeatedly tried to let him make it right and he has given us all the right lines, but done nothing to actually remedy the situation. The last time we saw him after his mechanic worked on the vehicle, he told us that this was it and that he could do no more. He told us the owner of the dealership was very upset with him but after researching this facility there is only 2 employees and HC motors is the name with Haeven C. as the initials of the manager. I believe he owns this business and just doesn't want to take this lemon back into his inventory.
