So I went in to lease my first audi. I was super excited to be getting into this brand. And boy did they see me coming from a mile away. This is not my first vehicle purchase/lease so I have been around the block a few times. However I did not do my due diligence before signing the dotted line. So I will take responsibility for that part, however I will not take responsibility for the garbage offer that was placed before me. I leased a 2017 A3, and it was based off STICKER price. This was a model year older than what was currently out, so in no way should anyone be paying sticker on that. The reason I didn't know that I was doing this is because through the whole process I was TOLD I was getting a 2018. I originally went in with someone else, and they also heard them tell me everything was for a 2018 model. I did have a brand new sales guy, and I really don't fault him for anything. He was a perfect salesman, very attentive during and after the sale. He was just the sales manager's puppet on everything, and was just doing what he was told. They had a sale going for quite sometime before, and after where they would pay your first months lease payment for you, but because my car was not taken out of their on site stock, they wouldn't do it for me. All the signage did state "in stock" so I didn't put up a fight. However, finding out that other dealers...other AUDI DEALERS would have done this for me regardless was extremely disheartening. I realize I was not their number one customer getting an A3 (even though it was basically fully loaded with all the extras), this did introduce me into the audi world. I likely will be getting more audis in the future, but not from here. I also work in an industry where I refer people to a lot of dealerships, and I will never recommend this dealer. I also understand that they are in business to make money, but we are no longer in a world where the wool can easily be pulled over someone's eyes, and not have consequences. A fair deal is all anyone asks for, and I really don't want to have to haggle away from a crap deal. If haggling occurs, it should be between two fair deals, and both parties meeting in the middle.

My wife and I spent 5 hours with Elie D. sorting out whether I really wanted to buy an S6 or an A6. With Elie's gracious help and knowledge I quickly decided on an S6 and then spent the rest of the time sorting out which options, and colors I wanted. Throughout the process I very much appreciated his help and judgment; I believe it would be extremely difficult to find a more accommodating salesperson. While we were at the dealership, Elie needed to deliver a car to a customer so meanwhile we also spoke to Craig. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable as were all the people we spoke to at Rochester Hills Audi. Though I was planning to buy my car from Elie with a 4 month delivery time, the next morning another dealer called me to say that he had just received an S6 that was almost identical to the car I would have bought from Elie. Given the four month wait and my impatience, I decided to buy the car from another dealer. I felt bad, and the next day I called Elie to thank him for all of his help and to explain that unfortunately I would not be buying a car from him. Nevertheless, he was extremely gracious again, and even offered his assistance if I ever had any problems with my new S6!

I had my vehicle in for service a few days ago. I must say the visit was impressive and excellent. The appointment process was very easy, and since I purchased my vehicle with Audi of Rochester Hills I recieved a courtesy 2008 A4 loaner during my service. I had routine maintnence performed. The drop off was about 15min with setting up the loaner. My maintnence was performed very quickly and very accuratly. My car was washed when completed.
