It is always a pleasant experience at Northgate Ford, Port Huron. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is completed in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. The customer lounge is very comfortable with snacks and drinks always available while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced.

They greet us with a smile. Eager to make sure we are happy. Made available a new Lincoln loaner while they serviced our MKT. Sales people greet and talk with us after the sale. even offering us water, pop or snacks. The people who work at Northgate Ford are very personable. This dealership is the best dealer that we have dealt with in over 48 years of buying cars.
