They cheat customers

Please stay away from Victory Honda Plymouth. They will charge $3995 above the sticker price (Limited time market Adjustment) on New Honda CR-V 2022 models and I was cheated by them. Victory Honda sales person mentioned to me that all other dealers are also charging the same. I bought the new Honda CR-V believing them. Next day, my friends told me that they did not pay anything extra on MSRP for their new vehicles. I went to 3 different Honda dealers in Michigan that day and found that none of them are charging any Limited time market adjustment price over the sticker price set by Honda. Victory Honda management not giving any clarity on why they are charging more on the sticker price. When I visited the Victory Honda again to ask for clarity, the Management said that they can sell cars for whatever money they want. They are cheating customers not showing the correct amounts on the final bill. They will never give you time to review the documents that you are signing and they will hurry you to sign the documents in 10- 15 minutes and walk you out of their office. Victory Honda never mentioned the Limited time market adjustment money in the final bill as a line item. If it is a legitimate amount to be charged to the customer why are they not mentioning that in the final bill? In addition to the $ 4,000, you will also pay $1,000 for ELO-GPS that is installed on all cars by Victory Honda (not by the manufacturer). Why is ELO-GPS a must? Why is it not an option? Another way to steal money, right??

No longer my dealer

I bought my first Honda here 12 years ago because another dealership didn't treat me well. So, I went back, looking to buy a new one in 2018. If you are a woman, don't go to this dealership. Sad that a woman still gets treated poorly when buying a car in 2018 for goodness sake. I was excited at first because I was dealing with Tracie, who seemed good, but then she passed me on to a more junior associate, who was inappropriate (hitting on me and telling me WAY too much about his sexual philosophies). I reported it--hope they take it seriously, but that was in question. As most dealers do, they also gave me the run-around on pricing. Overall, not a good experience and I wouldn't go there again.

Unfair business, cheated, horrible customer service and ripped off

I went to the dealership to buy a 2018 Honda and instead I got 2017. Without my knowledge, during transaction it was changed to 2017 and I am not aware of it. I was ripped off, cheated, very poor customer service, no response from dealership, general manager was very rude. I will never recommend anyone to go to this dealership. Make sure to read every page before signing any document at that dealership otherwise you will be ripped off like me.

The service department took care of the accessory add on purchased with the car. I got a rental for the morning which was a plus. The car was returned with the work completed correctly with my satisfaction in a timely manner. My salesman Rodney Gregg made sure all my questions about the new car were answered.

Great service department

I had my engine light come on while driving home from work. Rocky got my car in right away, quoted the repair, and fixed it within 2 hours. He was very polite, and even offered me a snack while I waited. Rocky was also very understanding that I was in a bit of a hurry to get home from work, but made sure I had no other questions or concerns before I left that day. The only downside to having my car repaired at the dealership is that the salespeople will often approach the service customers with deals or sales pitches for newer vehicles. It gets a little annoying to be honest, especially since we're waiting to get our cars serviced because we like our current vehicles, not because we want to buy a new one. But otherwise, the service department is fantastic usually, and offers fair prices and quality work!

I stopped by to ask some questions about the new 2016 Civic and met Rodney Gregg. Rodney answered all of my questions and offered to show me the car I had questions about. I decided to go for a test drive an really enjoyed the vehicle. Rodney was helpful but not "pushy" or simply trying to sell me. I was impressed with his friendly and informative nature. After leaving the dealership to discuss my experience with my wife I came back later that day to close the deal. Really enjoyed the low pressure aspect of this dealership. Kudos to Rodney.

Victory Honda provides great service every time. I bring several Honda vehicles to them for service and every time the service is timely with accurate quotes. Not all dealerships do this consistently. Give them a try if you have a Honda vehicle....

my honda repair experience

I have been coming to this dealership for repairs since Nov of 2000. I feel that I am treated fairly. My new service tech is a gentleman named Bill. He is very friendly and put me at ease. They provide a shuttle to my place of employment whenever needed. I work about 5 minutes away. It is great not to have to bother anyone else and ask for a ride.

2016 Honda Pilot, Navigation Unit replaced

We purchased the car at this dealership, about 4 months the navigation unit went out on us. I called the service department at Victory Honda and explained the issue. I was told to bring it right in for inspection. A loaner car was provided for me and my family while we were waiting for results, so we did not have to wait around in the lobby. I was called later that day and told that the complete unit would have to be replaced and to keep the loaner car until the vehicle will be completed which was four days later. My car was fixed and the work done was excellent. From the service department to the salesman who sold us the car, this dealer is the best. I have not experienced buying a car or servicing from a better dealer and I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life, none compare to Victory Honda. Great job with customer service, others should follow. Thanks so much.

A Very Welcoming Place

I ended up staying for many hours yesterday because I bought a new car to replace my 2006 Accord. I loved that sandwich, etc. bar because I finally became hungry. I doubt that any other dealership is as fine as Honda's, at least Victory Honda.
