I honestly didn't think I would get a Mercedes when I stopped at 7 different dealerships a few Saturday's back. I was extremely impressed with not only the vehicle but the dealership as well as my representative, Mr. Eric Wheeler. He made the transaction seamless and rather enjoyable. I am hugely appreciative of the Mercedes Benz - Novi Service Team, including the Parts Department. These two teams continue to partner with me to ensure my car performs at optimal levels. (Janie) is the absolute best! I can rely on her presentation of facts, both good and bad to help me make the best decision about my vehicle. While Janie has been my primary provider, Andrew has also been a huge service advocate. I am proud to note that this partnership has contributed to “0” unexpected breakdowns in 2023! I am superbly pleased with my partnership with these teams and look forward to 2024 being even better.

I was planning to leave for a long trip that night and realized I had a flat tire. I brought the car in around 2:30 pm. They were very busy and couldn't guarantee that the service could be completed by the end of the day. However, I explained that we were leaving on a long family trip and I needed the new tire that day. Andrew understood the urgency of my situation and was able to get the service completed just before close of business. I really appreciate the excellent customer service that MB of Novi provided.

This was a major service on my vehicle (Service B), so I knew going in that the cost would be high, but I am satisfied with the work performed and it was completed within the timeframe promised. The people I dealt with in the service department were all friendly and attentive, and the dealership provided prompt shuttle service to and from my office, which made the service experience as easy as possible.

I was slowly losing air pressure in one of my tires, and brought my vehicle in for the problem to be checked out. Turns out they found a nail in the sidewall of the tire, gave me a report on the status of all 4 tires and an estimate of the cost of replacing the bad tire. Very prompt and friendly service, as always.
