I was looking for an Octane Red Charger Scat Pack and at the time it was impossible to get that color. I contacted Tina K at Monroe Dodge superstore and she was able to locate one and deliver it to me in one day. The customer service and professionalism I was shown made me feel very important to them. I will definitely be going back soon for a new Ram truck.

bill my salesman was real good. the finance manager was a little pushy on the extended warranty. He did not explain that I could buy the warranty at a later date for zero interest. he wanted me to put it on my loan.

Thanks to Monroe Dodge, my wife and I now own a low mileage 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The vehicle was priced to sell and a good value. Jake (our sales associate) exceeded our expectations, delivery fast, honest, friendly, and professional results. - He even helped the porter detail the vehicle for delivery! We will recommend putting Monroe on our friend's/family's shopping lists!

There are several Dodge dealers in this area, but none of them responded but Monroe Dodge. The salesperson answered my email promptly, found me the truck I wanted and went to considerable trouble to get it from a distance dealership. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and the price.
