I ended up buying a used, 2019 Ford Escape through Chuck Fay at Bill Brown. He was very patient and answered any questions I had. I’m very pleased with this purchase!

Very low pressure experience. This was easily the best new car buying experiences I've had. I like that fact that I dealt with my salesman for the entire process and wasn't handed off to a "f&I" guy in the back. I would definitely buy from them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family in the market for a new vehicle!

2022 Ford Expedition from Bill Brown

Bill Brown is a very honest dealer. They did not charge me a markup when most other dealers where doing that around town due to the pandemic. The Expedition was delayed for many months due to the chip shortage, but the salesman Rick Williams was excellent at communicating. He explained why I was waiting, and any options I had to move forward. I stuck with the Expedition and love it. Was a great experience signing the papers too, didn't take too long like other dealers I have been to.
