I recently decided to lease a 2016 Mazda CX-5 from Crippen. I was new to Mazda but after the helpful service I received from my sales person Jason, I felt very happy with the decision. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely recommend Crippen and Jason when looking for a new vehicle!

Lisa E. is the BEST salesperson! I recommend her & Crippens GMC Buick, Wl Saginaw, Lansing to everyone. Lisa is very positive, upbeat;has a great smile and personality. In my opinion she is the perfect salesperson! She not only listens to your needs, yet carefully and skillfully leads you along to help you decide what you need and want; what is best for you. Then she follows up and bingo - I have the greatest vehicle which I love dearly. I formally owned 4 trucks and Lisa helped me buy my GMC Terrain. It is a wonderful vehicle!
