Beautiful dealership and a top notch experience

Everyone in the dealership was extremely friendly. Our salesperson Zeb was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything thoroughly. The business office was excellent as well. We did not feel rushed or pressured by any part of the experience. In addition, the showroom and customer waiting areas were very clean, organized and inviting.

As soon as we pulled into the lot we were greeted. Tom Farho was our salesman and he was great. No pressure at all,and very helpful. It was a wonderful experience. I felt like a family member instead of a customer....

Dean Kepol made what can sometimes be a stressful experience an absolute pleasure. Deans commitment to customer service is quite impressive. I emailed one of my many questions to him after the dealership was closed thinking I wouldn't get a response until the next morning, but he responded that night. Dean was very patient and took the time to determine what would best fit the needs of my family. Keith DeBoer made me feel welcome the moment I walked into the dealership. I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience. Joe Lawrence explained the financial aspect of the purchase very clearly. I can't see myself buying a car from anywhere else in the future. The entire team at Metro Toyota was outstanding.

Quick response to questions, professional, did not hound us - while still maintaining communication, found vehicle in less time than promised, fair price, sales person (Zeb) was exceptional in every respect. Dan was very honest about some issues with the car's gas gauge sensor and subsequent gas tank accident. He kept close contact while correcting the problem. I felt like he cared about the car he was putting my daughter in, rather than just getting the sale and sending us out the door.

It was fast which was what I wanted. I bought the car through my costco membership and dealt with the dealership over the phone other than picking up the car. This was exactly what I wanted, I was replacing my Prius v with a new Prius v so I didn't need a test drive or anything else.

We had been car shopping for several weeks, online and in person. When we arrived at Metro, it was clean and friendly from the moment we walked in. Brian was great to work with after dealing with several 'used car men' who give the profession a bad name. He was friendly and conscientious. We had a terrible experience at Harold Zeigler in Kzoo and this experience at Metro saved our car buying experience.

I went in thinking that I was going to have to settle for a car that was at least 3 years old..and even that would have been a major improvement...but with the help of Brittney Chambers and the rest of the team I am now driving a brand new Corolla. Thought I was one that would only dream of having a brand new car. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all!!!
