Buying a '24 BMW 530 Was a Very Pleasant Experience

Thanks to the outstanding advice and servicve we received from Jeff Jones in the sales process and the efficient handling of the closing process by others in the Zeigler organization in Kalamazoo, leasing another BMW was completely stress-free. There was no "hard sell" and everyone on Zeigler's staff was friendly and professional. We have leased many cars from Zeigler over the years and have never had an unpleasant experience.

Happy Wife

Brandon H. was awesome! We drove by this place 2-3 wks before the purchase day and we met Brandon at the lot. He offered assistance as well as he gave us his card. Came back the day of purchase and again he was very welcoming. He answered all our questions very patiently and offered us ways to meet our goal for purchase ( he even remembered us and the vehicle we were on that day we drove by).,. Patrick went through the functions of the vehicle and he was very patient and has a pleasing personality as well. Hubby and I were very pleased with the experience.

Completely disappointed

I chose this luxury car dealership assuming the would pay great attention to detail. I couldn’t have been more wrong. After a handshake deal due to circumstances out of their control I left the car in their possession for a week with the promise that the car would be cleaned and detailed. After many assurances by my sales guy NOTHING was done. Rims full of brake dust that were promised to be cleaned. Trim and chrome accents that were promised to be cleaned weren’t touched. Not sure why I paid $900 dollars for dealer prep when they did NOTHING. They couldn’t have even run it through the car wash. On top of that the temp fix they did on a window trim didn’t even last the 10 mile ride home from the dealership. Totally disgusted.

Very disappointed. Second key not available. Paint bubble on rear bumper. Inside detail done poorly. Mud spots on floor mat. Really poor start after spending a lot of money.

Jeff Jones - Great guy!

Ordered a new M2 through Jeff last summer and because it was a new model it was a lengthy process (no fault of the dealership) Jeff was excellent to deal with from the first day I stepped in the showroom to when I took delivery and beyond. I would honestly recommend anyone looking at a BMW to give HZ a call.

Doesnt deserve to carry BMW

There is one single person in charge of BMW service at this dealership. He is very difficult to get a hold of and rarely responds to messages. I found him to be belittling and unenthusiastic. The people here know less about the cars than customers. They are uninformed about many issues with BMW's that an enthusiast would be aware of. Its difficult to justify the cost of their services. They tend to do the bare minimum. Every time I give my car to them for service I need to convince them to wash it for me... Something any other dealer does without even asking. The available inventory has a selection of mostly entry level BMW's. No real variety. I'm forced to go to this dealer as it is the only one in an 80 mile radius. Save yourself the trouble and go to a real dealer if you can.

great service

I recently needed new tires for my X3. I shopped all the local tire stores first and found that my local delaer Harold Zeigler had the best price. Not only was the price the best the service guy Ken was truly a joy to deal with.
