This was my first experience at this dealership and for the VW brand. I was impressed by how skillfully and promptly they were able to find and obtain delivery from a neighboring state just the model, color, etc that I wanted. The dealer was willing to accept hard bargaining on the value of my trade-in. All-in all, it was sales service beyond my expectation.
