While our 2015 Altima was being serviced, my husband and I started browsing in the showroom. We had not intended to buy a new car, but we had been thinking about it for awhile.We were starting to think that it might be time to trade in our beloved 7+-year-old Altima. Melissa helped us discover all the great features of the 2023 Altima, while pointing out all the things we loved on our old Altima which were still included on the new Altima. We decided then and there to buy the new Altima. We feel that we made the right decision, as we are very happy with our new car. Melissa made the transaction easy and fun. She was a terrific, no-pressure salesperson. She even helped us clean all the accumulated junk out of our old car! On the following two days, she called us to answer questions and make sure that we were able to figure out how to use all the features. I would also like to give special mention to Cal Pusta, who helped us with financing, and Don Poley, the General Sales Manager. They are all great people, very helpful and friendly. And our new car is outstanding!

My husband and I bought our rogue in 2018 and were very happy with the whole Tony Sierra dealership..so today my son leased a new Altima sedan from same dearlership and still got the same outstanding service..Will refer friends and family to this dealership

Car buying made easy

I had been car shopping for over 3 months and got sick of shady salesman, rude managers, and pressure from internet managers. I decided to give Tony Serra Highland Nissan a shot even though they were under construction. I was blown away by how nice Jon was to me when I walked through the front door. He made me coffee and offered me doughnuts. Immediately, I could see this was not going to be a typical dealership experience. I told him about my experiences at other dealerships and he assured me that my car shopping was about to end. I loved his confidence and hospitality. He got me exactly what I wanted. Please do yourself a favor and go here first, I didn’t and regretted it. I could’ve saved so much time and harassment! I explained my credit was mediocre and Cal got me approved at 7% interest with a challenged credit score. Ask for Jon and you will not be disappointed.

Definitely will not recommend, they do not stand behind there inspections after saying it was 100% working order and would not fix the problem. Within 30 days of ownership.

Last month I have trade in my Toyota sienna which was traded estimated cost as $19,000. my Toyota loan was $14,200 paid by Nishan dealer and rest of the payment of $4,800 they promised that, they will send a check within 2 weeks and now after 4 weeks when I visited them they refused to pay anything back. carefull while dealing with these guys. he bought doucment and get signed wrong doucment without informing you.
