Fast, professional replacement of my transmission

I found myself stranded hours from home with a dead transmission on a Sunday morning and had my Rogue towed to Fox. Before I was ready to roll on Monday, Fox had already texted me with contact information. I appreciated the ease of communicating with my Service Advisor and the speed in getting my repairs completed. They sent frequent progress updates and patiently explained what was needed. It was a good experience given the circumstances.
