2nd time ive been in the service department and the technician failed, first time it was the wrong info about my vehicle and the second time they couldn't put a tire on right, was missing 1 lug nut an 3 were loose!!!

Mike Heater who was my salesperson was great. Eric however who handled the financing did a questionable job with the loan and paperwork. I signed a contract at the time of the sale with one percentage rate and monthly payment only to be told one month later when the first payment was due, and I had already driven the car, that the previously signed contract was no good and that I needed to sign a new contract with a much higher percentage rate and therefore a higher monthly payment. This is the 2nd poor experience I have had with a "preferred" dealership so I will not be buying another car with you.

My experience buying my 2023 Camaro SS was awesome. Barry, the gentleman who worked with me to facilitate the business, was respectful, friendly, responded promptly to my communications, and made sure the business was good both for me and for the Preferred dealership. I feel that buying a car, which normally isn't a straightforward and easy task, was made so by the good people that work for Preferred.

Scheduling apt is usually best toget right in. Timing of work depending on what is getting done and who as in which mechanic works on car can get done quicker. But overall good svc. Nice relaxed waiting room.

Not Happy I asked to pull my credit once. I have a high Credit score and have a good income I asked to only pull my credit once. They pulled it 4 times. For there benefit not mine this is where they make there money finding the best rates so they can add to it. And when I showed up it was higher than we agreed.

Why did I make an appointment?

Called ahead, scheduled maintenance on my vehicle for 10:40am, and actually dropped it off about 9:30am. I said I would be there to pick up by 4pm. I return at 3:30pm, and have to wait for my car to be done. Since when do oil changes take 5 hours? I was so pissed, I didn’t get to pick my kids up from school because I had to wait for my car to be done.

Sold vehicle as certified Pre-Owned, dealer says it was not.

Purchased a vehicle on 7/9/2014 from this location. Sold to me as a certified Pre-Owned, and now they are claiming that the vehicle was not certified and will cover none of the repairs. I have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. I have basically been told that because I purchased the vehicle through the Grand Haven Location instead of the Muskegon location, that the Certification was voided. I was lied to and would never recommend this business to anyone else. Have had to have the vehicle back for brake problems, transmission problems and a bad starter all within the first 2 months. Run, don't walk away from this place!

My wife and I just purchased a 2013 Chevy Malibu from Gage Chevrolet in Grand Haven mi and are more than happy with the car and overall experience. We were treated very kindly and with respect. The sales staff was patient and non pushy. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Chevrolet.
