I found my car online while “car hunting”..a 2016 Chevy Malibu. I decided to go with enterprise car sales because they have “no haggle” pricing and they were running a promotion for a trade-in. I emailed the salesman and he responded very promptly! My schedule is often hectic so communicating with him via text was PERFECT. I set up a time and went to the location to test drive the car that I ultimately purchased. Everything went smoothly I had financing so that fast tracked the process!! I was in and out within two hours. 😃 My type of business because my time is valuable! During the initial sales process he inquired about features that were important to me in a vehicle. The ONLY feature I stated was Bluetooth for my phone. So we get in the car headed home after the purchase and I notice the tank wasn’t full. Not what I’m use to when purchasing a vehicle, but no big deal. As I’m driving home my daughter is attempting to sync the phone with the Bluetooth and it DOESN’T work. After calling the salesman and attempting to get assistance over the phone it was necessary to drive back and have this feature activated. I was a little irritated with this, but hey....things happen. A few days later I get a voicemail from the person who completed the paperwork basically saying all the paperwork wasn’t signed due to a glitch in the system and she wanted me to drive back to the branch and sign the papers...yeah right! So I asked it to be emailed to me. That didn’t happen. Finally I came up with the idea to drop the paperwork off a a rental branch and I would go and sign it on my lunch break. At this point I’m doing my absolute best to be accommodating. You can probably guess....I went to the branch on my lunch break and the paperwork wasn’t there. I sent a text before I spent my entire lunch on this dummy mission and no communication letting me know to not waste my time! Never again! I’d rather haggle with pricing than be inconvenienced!!

Just bought a 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Nissan Altima from Enterprise and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Quick, easy and super friendly. Never felt more confident about buying a car than I did with Enterprise.
