Cole Ford was very easy to work with. I had one recall I needed done on my car, or so I thought. When I called they told me I had 4 and they’d like to get them ALL done for me! I was pleased. I got my appointment very quickly, dropped it off, got a call when it was done and picked it up all with no issues. It’s been running great and having no problems all since. The employees were all very knowledgeable and customer service centric. Thanks!

Recall Service Performed on our Ford Fusion, it took a couple hours longer than expected, problems with disassembly caused delays according to Service Manager. Although frustrating, the Service Manager kept us informed of progress, and completed repair as quickly as possible.

I happened to be IN-town, and knowing I was leaving for a little trip up north the coming weekend, and seeing my truck was due for an oil change within 400 miles, and knowing the trip north and back exceeded that mileage limitation, I decided to just stop by Cole-Story Ford in Coldwater to get an oil change. I wasn't expecting that they'd get me in right away - my surprise - they DID, and they washed the truck afterwards too. I expressed my gratitude after all was said and done even though the PRICE of an oil change is getting prohibitive........~$48.........WHEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! that's excessive!!
