Bought a car and realised the same day I bought that it has a blown transmission and simms lied to me about it , had the car listed on their website, they told me car sold as is and they can’t do nothing about it, thank you simms for having me car payments for a car that doesn’t work

Took my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse into Simms Chevrolet for some work. The electrical charging system needed to be checked out. They adjusted the computer for the alternator charging. I also had a problem with the heater blower. It was only working on the defroster. That was also fixed. I am pleased with the service that I always receive at Simms.

Every employee I dealt with was courteous, professional and polite. The service was well done. They even wiped down the dash and cleaned the inside of the windshield! Service over and above, just like they always do!

My only complaint is Saturday's are best to get my 2014 Cruze Diesel serviced. In the first 3 months of ownership I have driven nearly 13,000 miles. Service is very important to me. Otherwise I give Simms Cheverolet a 10 out of 10.

Our sales person, Dick Centelli, was wonderful to work with. He went the extra mile to be sure we were satisfied with our vehicles and also the service we received from Simms. He is a real asset to Simms and we would not deal with any one else but him. We have found him to be honest and forth coming with us in our customer relationship with him.
