Bill Gavin at Fox Chevrolet was very helpful and professional. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle. Bill worked to get us the best price possible. Purchasing a new Chevy from Fox was a pleasant experience.

A great dealer and car

Just got my second vehicle from Fox Motors and had a great experience. Thank you Aaron Rohrer for making the exploration and decision making process easy. You got me the car that I wanted. I just love my Chevrolet Equinox .I've purchased cars from around the country in the past but never from a person and dealer that pays so much attention to the little things - from the detailing of the car to the showroom ready to providing data and answers to questions without pressure of a sale. Ill see you again Fox Motors!

Oil change and door handle repair

Overall it was a good experience with one small problem. When I got my car back the power window did not work on the door they worked on. The service manager was apologetic about this and the problem was fixed without a charge.

Working with Tim at teh Collision Center

I notice that the paint was flaking of the rocker panel on my 2014 truck.. I contacted my sales person he asked me to bring it in. I did and then we went to talk to Tim the Collision Center Manager. Tim took pics and told me that he needed to contact GM. He stated it would take a week or so. Tim and I talked about a week or so later and he stated that he had not heard from his GM rep but that the dealership would take care of it and get reimbursed from GM. I took it in and a few days later it looks good as new. So great that they (the Dealer) took the initiative to work this out even with out the backing of the GM rep... I would highly recommend Fox Chevrolet.... I have purchase 4 cars from the Fox family of dealers and I would not go anywhere else. Thanks,

Long wait times

Always takes way too long for oil change and tire rotation even if I have an early morning appointment - 1.5 hours on two separate occasions.

Great place to buy a car!

My sales rep was Nick. Nick did a fantastic job of answering all of my qiestions as well as making me feel like he was on my side through the whole transaction. It is very hard to find a sales rep with his kind of knowledge, customer service, and friendliness out there. You have a good one there and you should do everything to keep him around. Where ever he is when we need another vehicle is where we will shop.

Best service department

Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. The service department fixed my tire that kept going soft. They were able to find the problem and fix it while I waited.
