We have been dealing with Hagen Ford for over 15 years, most recently several leases. They have been low key, attentive to our needs, working hard to secure the vehicle we want at a reasonable price, helong us (seniors) feel like we are buying the car we want, not getting sold what they want to get off the floor. We won't deal with anyone else.

F-150 order

Very easy process from pricing, ordering, to the delivery. I was kept informed of the status of my order. Salesman was very easy to talk to and helpful with any questions that I had. No pressure from him or anyone to purchase additional options or warranty coverage. They informed me of what was available. Salesman showed and explained the operation, options, and accessories of the truck.

Waste of time!

Took my F150 into a local shop to get my brakes checked. During that visit, they noticed the front wheels were stuck in 4WD. Said they could hook it up to vacuum and they would disengage so it was likely not getting vacuum and should be taken into the dealership. Took it to Hagen and they told me the truck was stuck in 4WD and they couldn't get it out of 4WD, so it had something mechanical that failed and needed to be torn down to diagnose at the cost of $600. I told the woman it will come out of 4WD and the shop I had it in a couple days earlier was able to do this. I scheduled the repair for a future date and picked up my truck. When I arrived I asked the woman working in service if they tear it down and find that they misdiagnosed it would I still get charged the $600 she said ahe couldn't promise that. I told her to confirm with the mechanic that he checked vacuum before I paid $600 just to diagnose it, not included any parts or future labor. She said he was at lunch and would call me upon his return. It's been 4 weeks and still haven't received that call or took it in for service. Waste of my time.

Routine oil change n tire rotation. That always goes well. Did recheck on tire wear and was corrected. Recommendations. Most likely will follow thru on the suggested items a bit pricey. Mileage 75,387 - 2015 Focus. I likely will follow thru with 2 of the 3 items. Need to do some research on hydraulic flush. Serve folks explained n gave price for those items. Time for me to review my manual.

Hagen ford has been my go to Ford dealer. Good sales people, and , trustworthy service people. Service you may need is done in a straight forward and honest method. I’m less than happy with Ford overall, because the new truck was manufactured with a rear axle that was insufficient for the weight rating. The right thing to do was replace the axle with the correct one. The “weld” repair, is not the correct fix.

Needed my rear brakes replaced the pads and rotors,did a tire rotate and oil change, and replaced the 9 yr old original battery with a new Motorcraft battery all while I waited in their real nice waiting lounge. And they didn't "break the bank" with the final price.

Car repairs are always so expensive and you can never make payments, EVER. I've never had a repair less then a thousand dollars. $140 just to diagnose it. Yes if I had the work done, it would come off the total bill....ugh. But that $140 wasn't in the budget and now something else won't get paid.

Hagen Ford treated me real well with my recent oil change. They were kind enough to also check my battery, which is also quite impressive. It's the original 2013 that came with the truck. Not bad for a nearly 10 year vehicle.

My check engine light went on, my car stopped running. I use Ford Pass which alerted me to the problem. I called Hagen Ford and had my car towed there. The same day they determined the issue. Ward communicated the issues and ordered the required part. The part took a few days to arrive however, once Hagen Ford received the part they had my car repaired within 5 hours.
