Five Stars Service!!

I recently purchased an Acura MDX. After going to 20+ dealerships, I came across the Fox Acura dealership (They were the furthest from me). Both Michael and John provided an excellent service. They made the whole transaction smooth (even though my bank loan process was complicated) and were willing to bring the car and paperwork to me. I give the dealership and both gentlemen Five Stars and would highly recommend them. Thank you, John and Michael!

Excellent buying experience

I worked with Jeff Reichel to lease a new car. I strayed with a quote over the phone. After few calls, we reached an agreement on pricing. Went to the dealership to close on the deal. They were respectful and very helpful. With minimal negotiation (internet makes right ballpark price easy) purchased a good value Acura RDX and financed it with them (Acura Financing) at a terrific 4.99% APR. Mike O (sales) and Nick R (finance) were great. I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Fox Acura was wonderful. They had my vehicle ordered and delivered in less than one week. The entire process from start to finish only took about two weeks and that was strictly because of me. The manager, John and the salesman, Mike, were absolute pleasures to work with. They made sure the car was exactly what I wanted it to be. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Holiday weekend- Acura answered and helped me!

I was unable to call Acura during normal business hours and called on Saturday during a holiday weekend. With in 1 hour, service communicated with sales and helped to get me my car back. It was an awesome experience working with Jeff and the team over at Fox Acura. They went over and beyond to find a vehicle that I would be pleased with and at a very affordable cost. I never thought it was possible to have the car I wanted at a price I wanted to pay. Fox made it happen. They were extremely patient as I dealt with unforeseen circumstances and waited for me for weeks. After visiting other Acura dealers, Fox was by far the best hands down. I’m not even close to the Ann Arbor area but it was well worth the drive. Highly recommended.

The purchase experience was straightforward and pleasant and Shannon from Finance Dept was efficient and kind…the staff was professional and personable. This is our second vehicle purchased from Fox Acura Ann Arbor and our fourth vehicle to eventually be serviced here…we will continue our support of this dealership due to the family atmosphere they have created and the top notch service they provide.
