Very friendly and fast service. Very appealing prices and no hidden fees. Every fee is very well explained and many options were offered to me. Overall experience was unbelievably great that I truly felt like they were all there to serve me like a VIP without any ill intent. Can't recommend this dealership enough.

Very friendly staff, but don't believe everything they promise.

The staff was very friendly. We had 2 issues with the vehicle. One issue has been taken care of as promised (another key fob was made), but the other has been ignored. Our headrest in the 3rd row seating are off track. They told us they would schedule something with Fox Ford in Grand Rapids, but have not followed through on that promise.

Smooth and enjoyable vehcile buying experience

I liked the relaxed atmosphere, the music and Terra was easy to work with. I would definitely buy from the dealership again. It also seemed that everyone I came across was genuinely a nice person. That always helps when going through the vehicle buying process which sometimes can be rather stressful. Overall I had a very nice and enjoyable experience.
