Courteous dealership.

Good and courteous staff. However they will low ball for your trade. Which I guess every dealer does. However, they offered me demo car which was driven by dealership owners nanny. Typically demo car goes $2000-3000 less then asking price. I know this because my car was dealer demo. Would recommend if buying new car, not for trade in.

Both Bruce and I are very pleased with Harr We have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership. Adrian Kopacz is straight forward helpful in any way he can be as well as Jason Cabases . We checked out other dealerships and truth be told the deal was better! The money was not all, but was very important, the way we are treated and we were given all the extras that we wanted and needed! I am so happy we continued to buy from these guys! Love the car! I got just what I wanted my hubby did too! So kudos to that dealer ship!

Pleasurable Experience

I, not unlike many others I'm sure, find the idea of having to buy a new car very stressful. My recent experience at HARR, especially with Renee, made that experience much less stressfula and I'll go so far as saying enjoyable. From my first encounter with Renee when I was still unsure whether I would be buying or not she made me feel at ease. She is a very enegetice young lady, but not at all "pushy". When I finally did come back to buy, a week or so later, she remembered me and came right up to me. From that point the experieince of choosing the vehicle for me was an easy one. We were able to discuss the options that I needed and also those that would be nice. When the final decision was made, there were still some hurdles to overcome. She and Adrian were very helpful in overcoming those and I eventually was able to finalize the deal and pick up my new Jeep Cherokee.

Do Not Shop Here

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Harr in Worcester. My experience there was absolutely terrible. I originally looked at my vehicle when it was first traded and had not yet been cleared by service to be driven or cleaned (the previous owner had a dog). I was told by the salesman that he would call me when it was ready to be taken for a test drive. When i was called days later I was under the impression that the vehicle was ready. When I arrived at the dealership for my test drive the car was still filthy and had not gone through a full inspection leaving my husband and I confused by having to wait to drive it. Upon signing paperwork I was told to sign a form stating the car was cleaned when it was not. When I protested the salesman became irate with not agreeing to do so. There were issues with my financing where the numbers were not correct and I was overcharged for my purchase of the vehicle. They double charged registration fees and did not include the deposit I was required to make to hold the vehicle. I was sold the car before the title arrived leaving me to drive around with a purchase and sale and no official registration for two weeks. When I was asked to sign a third P&S I refused and was put into a rental until everything was completed. This entire process took over three weeks and was completely miserable. I was at Harr at least eight or nine times in this process and was given grief the entire way by nearly every salesman we encountered. When my husband finally got a GM to agree to extend my service contract through Harr and to get free floor mats to make good on our negative experience. the GM left the dealership before we got anything in writing. After four weeks of waiting for a return call from the GM I called him and spoke with his replacement who agreed to return my call. Surprise, the previous GM never put anything into the computer regarding our agreement and I continue to wait for Harr to do anything to ameliorate the situation. I recently got my first oil change and I was not at all entered into the computer for having a service agreement. The sales department appears to be completely disorganized and unreliable and it appears that no matter what level of management you deal with they are not going to treat you like a valuable customer.

Do not, under any circumstances, give these guys a deposit on a vehicle! You will never get it back if you don't follow through with purchase! Deceptive. Hidden fees in final contract. Sign nothing. Never, ever, sign a contract with Harr. Avoid at all costs! [non-permissible content removed]! Absolute and total [non-permissible content removed]!!!

HARR - Five Stars for Sales

My partner and I had been looking for a mid-size SUV for a few months reviewing several vehicles and dealerships. We decided on the Jeep. The design and select a car on line was perfect, the best feature was then checking inventory from local dealers. Harr in Worcester had a few cars in different colors in all the features we wanted. All the other dealers in the area had basic models or only one of the features we wanted. I contacted them online and was surprised with the quick responses. The trade-in we had was estimated and the pricing was pretty close to the actual selling price. The "perfect Pricing" program they have, takes the BS and sales pressure out of the review and purchasing of the car. Our product Specialist Adam Germano at Harr was extremely helpful and professional. We were test driving the car we wanted within the hour and closing on it shortly after. We were even able to take delivery on it that night with Harr doing all the RMV and filing for us. Great Service indeed.

Excellent Dealership to Work With

There are plenty of car dealerships around, and I have had my run of the "mill". Some will make you wait for days, pressure by deceit, perhaps dishonest to say the least. After three weeks of shopping, we got a tip from a friend, and called HARR car dealership. Not only were they a pleasure to deal with over the phone, but once we arrived, and all paper work was reviewed, they were right up front, honest, and more than happy to work with us to bring what may have been “impossible” to made possible. We purchased a Dodge Caliber SXT 2012, and we couldn't have been happier. Ultimately, they are there to help and want to make sure that you walk out happy. Their process of bringing you to purchase a vehicle should be a standard with all other dealerships. This is what sets this dealership aside from all the rest. If you are looking to purchase a brand new or used vehicle, look no further than HARR as the primary focus is on the “Customer comes first” – a rare diamond found under a rock.
