I had an appointment to discuss about pricing of 2022 Sienna XLE. Sales person Mr. Caruso had very little to no information about my previous conversation I had with Mr.Ray, Client representative, through email. I had to forward the email trail to sales person and explain the whole context. I am wondering how come two people working within same company has so much gap in communication.Mr. Caruso gathered all information, like price negotiations that I have done with other dealers, and stepped away to check with someone else. Mr. Caruso came back after 5 to 10 minutes and said that this particular Sienna was sold. I was forced to drive for 40 miles, one way, into dealership. I was asked if I want to test drive this particular Sienna also. After all this, I was told that car got sold in 5 minutes. Woburn Toyota owner, please treat customers with integrity, honesty and respect. This is the worst experience I had ever with any car dealer.

We recently purchased our fourth vehicle from Woburn Toyota - one new, one leased, and two used cars. Dealership honored it's posted price for the vehicle after some negotiating done on our behave by Wally Sabet. Very pleased with the outcome and the work done by our sales person Victor Chaves and manager, Wally. Thank you to both of you. Vinnie at Woburn Toyota provided much appreciated assistance and guidance with the purchase of our CAMRY. His help and patience were much appreciated as was the dealership's competitive pricing. Delivery was efficient and aided by Jason's skill at reviewing all the new features. That was time well spent! Vinnie was the BEST salesperson to deal with. We went to three Toyota dealerships and would not purchase from them but as soon as we met Vinnie, we knew he was honest and extremely knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help. Honesty is difficult to come by (especially in the auto industry) and we trust him and recommend him to all our family and friends. Financing was a breeze!

Recently purchased a new vehicle and Chris O was my sales rep. From the moment we met he did what he could to make my experience a good one. Although they did not have the car I wanted in stock to test drive, he gave me some options, including driving a different trim of the same model to another location that did have the trim I wanted. During the drive he explained all the features. After, there was no high pressure, and a fair negotiation. The only improvement I would recommend was the amount of waiting. I think in the four hours I was there, the amount of waiting between activities was probably about two hours. In fairness most dealers I have been to still haven't solved this - a lot of paperwork and handoffs between different people can then be exacerbated by a busy sales day. Automate all the paperwork! When it came time to pick up the car at my appointment time, the car was not ready as it did not yet have an inspection and the shop was backed up for hours. Chris gave me two options, both of which would have required more of my time. He could tell I was not happy, so he asked me to have a seat in the waiting area and he would be right back. Turns out, Chris took the car down the street and got an inspection for me elsewhere! Really great customer service, Chris. A+ customer service.

The sales team was very good, they were able to answer all the questions I had and didn’t pressure me into a sale. Even the follow up post sale through to delivery was great. The dealership itself is nicely renovated with a very comfortable waiting area with food available, it’s a rather inpresive operation.

I had a very positive experience at Woburn Toyota. The salesman was Sebastien, the businessman was Karl and the person who showed me the features and how to use them was Robin. We went in knowing what we wanted to spend and, for the most part, we were treated with respect and no high pressure tactics. I would recommend this dealership to friends.

Earlier this year, I had a wonderful experience buying a Highlander from Mark Hickey. In fact, it was such an easy car buying experience that my mother went that same day and bought a Rav 4 from Mark. When my grandmother was interested in a Corolla, she wanted to go to Ira because that was what she knew. We went with her and got "okay" numbers, but mom and I encouraged her to go see Mark at Woburn. What another exceptional experience! We walked in, told Mark and the Sales Manager, Wally Sabet, exactly what we wanted and within minutes, the deal was signed. Literally no back and forth - it was one and done! Mark and Wally were incredible...they stole the deal from Ira, and have another Woburn Toyota customer for life!

I went into Woburn Toyota looking to lease a new Toyota Rav-4. I was happy right from the start when I was greeted and not preyed upon (like other dealerships). I met with salesman Andrew who was great right from the start! Andrew asked me questions about what I was looking for and was very informative with feedback on the new car I was looking for. After talking, looking, and test driving, Andrew asked me more specifics about colors, features, etc. I told him I was looking at the very bright, electric blue RAV and he found one for me right away. I am amazed at how smooth everything went! I have been to other dealerships where it takes days and weeks for everything to fall into place. I also had the pleasure of meeting Reidar who deals with, I think, operations for Toyota. He was making sure everything was going the right way and that I was satisfied. They had mentioned how this weekend (Presidents Day) was one of their busiest and I was shocked at how quick and painless this car experience was for me. I definitely will be recommending this dealership to everyone looking for a car!
