Looking for an use truck and I feel discriminated and I didn’t receive the respect as a customer , a sales person who says “prices are not negotiable “ and treat customers disrespectful , first time I received this kind of “service”

When you wait too long, sometimes discounts and rebates are not applicable at certain point in time. The Employee Discount that GM ran on TV ads was dependent on an auto loan with GM Financial only. The loyalty rebate was for a limited time. Although, GM Financial and Chevrolet is more generous with car buyers of their competition than loyal GM/Chevrolet car lessors/owners. The dealer should be granted incentives from GM/Chevrolet to retain loyal Chevrolet vehicle buyers.

I took my daughter's Chevrolet Spark in for an oil change and routine maintenance. The Service Department is always great! They explained the services that should be done according to the number of miles we had driven. They took the time to look up all the coupons and discounts that could be applied. They did the work and had me out in time for lunch. The dealership is clean, has a comfortable waiting area, and has complimentary tea and coffee.
