I recently purchased an Audi A6 and what an amazing car it is. Car was in an absolute great condition and great pricing. Harry and Dan were very professional and flexible in ensuring we could get the deal done. Definitely recommend this place!!!!

This dealership SUCKS

I went to this dealership in August my customer experience was fine at first. But being from the state of New York the whole getting my car tiled and insured was difficult. I was told that the rear bumper would be fixed due to some minor dents and scraps it was not . I was told that I would get a check for the repairs guess what still waiting for the check. So I have called to see what is going on and keep getting told they are busy with others sales My thought I am a sale why the hell do you keep giving me the run around. I spoke to the manager Danny who told that a check would be sent I told him what address the check needs to go to but it was not done. So I called to speak with the manager who was Dan this time was told it was sent but to the wrong address. I told how mad a I was going to do a review he was not happy with me giving some crap instead of being a man and listing to what I had to say he just passed the phone off to one his coworkers. [non-permissible content removed]. I would not send my worse enemy here . This place SUCKS. THEY ARE [non-permissible content removed] WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH... Raquel D

Traveled 65 miles to look at the beautiful cars here. Great price points! I bought a Mercedes from Kim Armstrong who was really great. She was patient, and not pushy at all. She listened to my concerns, and just made the experience an extremely pleasant one. If your in the car market absolutely go there!

Good deal and service but a few issues

The cars are of good quality and cheaper than what you can find on the market. My sales guy Dan Cooper was easy to work with, took care of me, and went out of his way to make me feel valued. I would probably not purchased the car without him. I called him and emailed him several times a day and he responded quickly and to all my questions. He listened to all my concerns and try to get the item fixed even though it was out of his power. Even though everything wasn't smooth sailing you can tell he really cares about his customers.

Best dealership around

Normally I hate all dealerships. They are underhanded, smarmy, and untrustworthy. Your dealership is not any of those things! Your team is knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, low pressure, and honest. They go the extra mile and do everything to help the customer.

Although we didn't purchase a vehicle from Autobahn USA it was not because of the experience that we had while looking. We had the pleasure of working with a great Sales Rep named Dwayne. He was fantastic and was everything you would ever want in a Used Car salesman! He was polite, he listened extremely well, and was a respectable person.

EVERYONE was amazing! From making the appointment with Sean to seeing our amazing salesman DWAYNE (Yaa man!) And then finalizing everything with Dan, Chris and Adam. They all showed great customer service. Even when I waited for my car to be ready, Bobby came over to ensure I was good. They are all great!!!

To begin its difficult to label any single aspect of my my purchase process being better than another. I have purchased 6 vehicles at just as many dealerships over the years and I never witnessed an operation as well managed and complete as I witnessed today. I believe there is many dealerships who can benefit just stopping by Autobahn USA and peaking in the window. I can go all day but I’ll finalize this review by saying if anyone is looking for a one stop shop for all a can vehicle require they do it all not just sales. A well deserved thank you to Harry and Adam for a phenomenal experience see you soon for daughters first purchase.

ive had my far share of good and bad car dealerships autobahn usa is by far superior to all from the sales team notably adam and harry to the guys that detail your vehicle before you drive it off this will be my familys dealer for life the selection and prices on all there luxury vehicles no need to ever shop anywhere else all surrounding dealers should take notice could learn a lot from these guys thanks for everything guys the corrales family
