Our recent purchase of a Volvo XC90 at Fathers and Sons was a very pleasant experience. Our salesmen Jonathan Schultz and Michael Tanski were very knowledgable about the vehicle and the options. They worked very hard to locate the vehicle of our choice and have it delivered from another dealership so we did not have to wait for one to be special ordered. The entire sales experience was stress free and very pleasant.

It was another pleasant experience to deal with highly professional sales team At Fathers & Sons. I am dealing with this dealership for over 16 years and constantly getting the same service. Within a day they were able locate the car at different dealership with desired options and color, and bring it to Springfield next day. If you want to have the car buying experience when you don't have to negotiate the price, because it is the lowest one to begin with, then this dealership for you. If you want to have none hostile buying car experience, then you are in the right place. If you want to meet sales people who will be at your service for the next decade, then it is a place. Otherwise go to any other dealer in the area like Balise

Best Car Buying Experience Ever

This was the best car buying experience we've ever had. We've never purchased a used vehicle before, and the entire process was like buying a new car - and far better than any new car experience we've had. Everyone in the organization is incredibly pleasant and professional. The paperwork process was a snap, and the car was ready when we arrived. Just a positive and pleasant experience

Every Detail Addressed Perfectly

It was time to renew the lease on my Volvo and not only did the team at Fathers & Sons reach out in advance to get the process started early. They also took care of all of the details in 1 quick appointment. So efficient in fact that all I had to do was show up on a Saturday and sign a few documents and drive the car off the lot. The entire experience was first rate and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.

After car shopping for almost 2 months and meeting all your typical car salespeople and dealership managers we met William Visneau at Fathers & Sons Volvo in West Springfield, Mass. We immediately felt comfortable with him and the dealership. He was not your typical car salesman which was wonderful. He was the first salesman and we visited alot of car dealers to offer my husband and I to test drive the vehicle without him which was very nice. We did and we decided this was the car for us. William was great there was no pressure, he answered our questions and made our new car purchase quick, simple and stress free. We would recommend and purchase in the future from Fathers & Sons West Springfield, MA. and would highly recommend you ask for our salesman William Visneau.

I just purchased a 2015 Volvo XC60 from Fathers and Sons in West Springfield MA. Mitch Charette was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We were so at ease with him and couldn't be happier with the whole process. Fathers got us the exact model we wanted and they were very determined and aggressive in getting us exactly what we wanted even if it was from another dealer.
