Great Honest Sales Experience

I’d consider myself a seasoned car buyer. This is the 8th everyday driver I’ve bought in the last 12 years. I’ve worked/haggled with all types of dealers throughout New England on used cars ranging for $20K-45K always trying to get a good value and a good deal. In all my dealings I’ve never felt the level of honesty, trust, and comfort I did in this transaction with Audi Shrewsbury. I worked with Mike Moussalli directly who has been great and attentive throughout the process. It didn’t end when we shook hands on the deal, I signed the papers, or when I drove off with the car. He has continued to put up with my texts helping answer questions no matter the day or time. He also drove paperwork to me to save me a trip to the dealership! Mike M. gives A+ customer service a new definition. If I ever buy from someone else, Mike has set the standard pretty high for them to try and match. I also had great dealings with Mike in finance who was able to put the deal together that would work for me and also Toffey from the management side working through the numbers. Don’t get me wrong, I would have loved to get the car for free but let’s not kid ourselves. They run a business but were conscious of where I was trying to get to and we found enough common ground to make it work. They were not pushy, just upfront and with some back and forth we got a deal done quickly. It was a great experience at Audi Shrewsbury and I look forward to doing business with them again, but hopefully not too soon! Thank You!

I always feel very well taken care of when I get my car serviced here. The service advisors work very hard to make it a seamless experience and take care of all of your needs. If you need a loaner, no problem. If you want to wait, they have a very comfortable waiting area with snacks and nice ambience. 10/10

Good experience

I was hesitant going to a bigger dealership. I spoke with a salesperson Justine and it was a great experience from the start. She was honest and upfront which I appreciate. It wasn’t a two hour back and forth. She was very good and had all the answers. I didn’t purchase the first time there. I saw a vehicle on their website and contacted her immediately. In a few hours I was out the door with a new vehicle. It had to be serviced and they took it serious with no excuses. Put me in a loaner because I was going somewhere and told me they would contact me when it was done. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I would highly recommend Justine if you are looking for a vehicle.

Outstanding place. Purchased a Q5 from salesman Redon, no pressure, not pushy, great personality and makes sure you are totally happy with your purchase. Even put a big beautiful red bow on it! The finance guys are awesome as well. Great deals just go there you won't be disappointed.

I was able to find the model and package in a low mileage Q5 in the color that I had wanted at a great price. The extra built in warranty provided a peace of mind. It was a no pressure sale. Dealership is beautiful, clean and easy to get to. Redon patiently answered all my questions and concerns and Mike took his time in walking me thru the finance paperwork. Thank you to both!

Service Made Simple

Brought my A6 in for 50k mile service and to address a recall issue. Received a text reminder the day before my service which I was thankful for. Drove into their drop off area where I was immediately greeted by my Service Coordinator Felisha, who looked up my appointment, confirmed what service was to be done and confirmed my need for a loaner vehicle. After a copy of my license I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Later that day I received a text regarding the status of my service and some recommendations to be considered (without any pushy sales plug). When I picked up my vehicle the process was just as easy efficient as when I dropped it off. The day after I realized that I never used a service coupon that I had previously received. When I called to see if I could apply it they explained that since I had already paid, they would put the $ amount as a credit toward future service which I was happily surprised about. Overall the process to get my car serviced could not have been any easier or efficient!

Check engine light appeared on my 2 1/2 y.o. Audi Q5. Asked them to call me before doing any work not covered by warranty. Problem was AC pressure sensor. They let me know the problem and said covered by warranty, then replaced both AC sensors at no charge and confirmed that the AC was in good working order. Nice service and I’m a very happy camper.

Go here if you are looking for normalcy when buying a car

I always shop around when purchasing a vehicle. But I come back to Audi Shrewsbury every time because the people here are authentic and honest. Other dealerships, including Audi and Land Rover in this area - the things they say and do, the way numbers don't make sense nor do they wish to explain - you can see right through it. You don't have to deal with this when there are places like Audi Shrewsbury that make the experience feel like a business transaction between two adults. Don't waste your time going anywhere else - you'll get the best deal here and feel good about the people you are working with when purchasing a vehicle.

I used to dread getting my car serviced until getting serviced here. Whether you want a beautiful loaner car or just feel like catching up on work while you wait, they are always extremely accommodating. I had Felicia as my service advisor and she was awesome 10/10

Highly recommend. The whole experience from start to finish was professional and hassle free. Never had such an easy time from any car dealership in the past. Started initial process online with Dave and finalized sale on site with sales consultant Karl Becker. Finance manager Josh was also a pleasure to work with.

Rebecca and the team there in the service department were excellent. They made several accommodations to inshore I could get to an important meeting by arranging an Uber at first and then a loaner. I got my car back fully serviced and fully detailed. They even added some gas to it! Super friendly bunch and highly recommend this dealership
