Every thing went smoothly the salesperson Steve Zappala made the process easy. He helped us with getting a bedliner installed, recommended a company to buy a truck cap from, and got the brake controller added to the truck that was not installed but listed on the features list at no cost to us.

Great experience. No problems with check-in or final check-out. I was kept up to date on the work, and there was a concern with wheel lug nuts. I was given several options, including changing out the nuts, which I did.

Incredible Service

I went in with low credit, a huge amount of student loan debt, a part time job and no cosigner. Wall's Ford worked miracles. They worked tirelessly with the bank to give me a monthly payment I could afford. I was skeptical that I would ever be approved but they made it happen. I had visited other dealerships around Newburyport, MA and was basically laughed at once my credit had been checked. Besides that all of the people I worked with were simply lovely. They treated me like one of the family and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. I even met Mr. Wall himself! I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. They are kind and caring and understand that being able to lease a vehicle can make all the difference in a person's life.

Do NOT take your car to Wall's Ford, you will be stuck with thousands of dollars of service bills. They always seem to find 10 times more problems than what you brought it in for and will always nail you for thousands of dollars in repair bills. Have been bringing my two cars there for several years and finally had enough when they tried to stick me with a $650 repair bill for an air conditioning system failure that they tried 5 times in the past to fix while under warranty and could not. Very deceptive practices, stay away at all costs!!!!

Small Dealer With Laid Back Approach

During my search for two new cars over the past two years I've had the pleasure to visit this small dealership in Salisbury. While the same owner runs a larger Lincoln-Mercury dealership up river in Haverhill, this is a great place to look into a new Ford without people crawling all over you. In searching for a Focus last year I visited the lot to find they had some, but both I and the salesman agreed none met my fancy. He didn't try to press on me something I'd be unhappy with. This year, in my search for the new Taurus, I met with another salesman who came up with a great price on a car that was almost, but not quite, what I was looking for. The vehicle had the right color etc but lacked the convenience package I wanted. Just before I signed for that car I received a call from another dealer who, was able to provide the exact car I wanted at the same price as the car without the package. I did feel somewhat sorry Walls again could not come up with the car but I know I'll return there without hesitation when I'm looking for another Ford.
