What a great experience! Had an appointment to look at a Audi Q5/2020 pre owned and was looking to trade in my Infiniti QX60. I was greated by Daniel Cabral, he printed out all the specs/ car fax etc. while I was reading it, he fetched the car for me to test drive. I took the Q5 for a ride and truly loved it, came back. Daniel and I spoke about what I would like to do, within minutes I had an offer for my Infiniti for the trade in. That all happened on Thursday, came back on Saturday morning met with Mark in financing. He was fantastic as well, my mid afternoon I was trading my car in and leaving the lot in my Audi Q5... Daniel was awesome! Answered all my questions, some even before I even asked. The whole team at Mastria VW was great all around. Peter stated if you ever have questions please feel free to pick up the phone and give us a call. I look forward to going back for all my car services. Very much would recommend going there to purchase a car. Truly was a great experience, friendly staff, knowledgeable, detail oriented.

Went to Danny at Mastria for a new car. Not only did he find me a car that is perfect for my lifestyle, but he was able to get me a loan that was better than the one offered from my bank. Can’t recommend going to him for a car (new or used)! Overall Mastria VW was an excellent experience, with professional and knowledgeable staff that make you feel right at home.

Mastria vw has the pleasure of haveing 3 of the greatest employed in the car business the sales mngr Peter levec was extremely kind and professional with my dealings at his dealership, Danny my sales person when taboo ends and beyond on making sure I didn’t need anything to drink to making me feel like I spent $100,000 on u new car when I didn’t he was very throughly on making sure I didn’t have any ?s and making sure I liked the car best salesman I have ever had and last but not least finance mngr mark squiggles is the best in the business mark put countless hours in making sure I got the best deal I could get , no other finance mngr can compare to what mark can do he is a true asset to Mastria I will be a customer of mark forever

Highly recommend Mastria VW. You can't go wrong paying them a visit. The level of service was top notch from start to finish. I worked with Daniel Cabral who was very knowledgeable, patiently answered my thousand questions, and helped me find the right car for me. Mark Striggles did the same through the financing process and helped me get a great rate on a loan. Buying a car is stressful in itself (for me, anyway), but it was a painless and seamless process buying a car here.

John Bigelow was my Sales Associate. I was very impressed with the vw lease I initially leased for 3 years. Such a beautiful car I decided to keep it.John Bigelow made me feel like was in great care. So, did the rest of the staff. John was 100% hands on assisting me. He is a professional and pita salesman with years if experience. I am sure Mastria is proud to have as a part of the team. John was clear and concise. I learned a lot. He was patient and kind. He was very sensitive to my purchasing needs. John, as well as Mastria, and Mark the finance, made the the process of purchasing the vehicle easy and pleasant. John was a true professional through the entire process. John 2as transparent as possible, which meant a lot to me. Overall, excellent experience at Mastria Vw. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or family member to any of Mastria's dealerships. Mastria VW was an incredibly great dealership to buy a car from. My salesman, Joe Marcus, was not pushy and we had some really great conversation together. Delivery was flawless and the wrapped hood (extra option I paid for and highly recommend) looked stunning. No paint chips or scratches on this car in the future! Very friendly service and clean dealership. Highly recommend!
