Save yourself the headaches

As long as you don’t expect any service after signing on the dotted line, go for it. My vehicle still isn’t registered over a month later, communication has been terrible, and the two sales managers I emailed didn’t bother to respond. They also tried to give me half what my trade was worth. When I laughed and started to leave, they instantly came back with a proper offer. Furthermore, it turns out they never paid off my trade in and it continues to be deducted from my bank account.

Beware hidden transport fees

Please be aware this dealer showed me a msrp price on a car that had not yet arrived at their dealer. Once the car arrived they decided to slip on a disingenuous transport fee of over $2,000 on its price which I found completely unacceptable as a consumer. I found even worst was the attitude of the sales team as to not even offering to work with any idea of a fair buying price. Happily, I walked away and was able to find a dealer who gave a much better buying experience and NOT the feeling that Mastria Kia gave at being ripped out or certainly misguided.

I cannot say enough about the excellent experience I had at Mastria Kia ! The sales reps Rachel and Chad were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect car for me! The manager Derek was friendly and made sure all my needs were taken care of! Highly recommend this dealership!

This is a very friendly staff, and they are speedy. Harlan was very quick to assess what I was looking to accomplish, and he was well supported by Tony, Dereck and Rachel. Jerry in finance was crystal clear in relaying the value of their service rewards program, and he spent time on his day off to make things move along faster.

Beautiful new facility. Service techs and reps are wonderful! Sales group is just plain bad. My salesperson was ok, but he was told by the floor manager to turn me away based on my credit report. I've had a bankruptcy in the past, and as such I have no credit cards and poor credit. But I do have cash! Apparently not good enough for the floor manager. Once credit was pulled they immediately stopped helping me and basically asked me to leave so they could help better potential customers. Insulting, unethical, and bad business.

2020 Kia Sorento- Chad Silvia

Excellent Experience

I highly recommend buying a vehicle from Mastria. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them (my first lease). It was a long process on my part because of my work schedule. But Thomas Meritil was very kind and patient. I did a lot of research and finally was able to get there to check out some vehicles and a couple of weeks later was able to test drive a few. Thomas was great throughout my whole process. He walked me through all of the departments and introduced me to many Mastria staff. On the day I picked up my vehicle, he knew I had to get back to work, so he was quick and thorough. I was able to come back a couple of days later and have him go through all of my car's features. I also needed an inspection sticker, the KIA service department was quite busy, so Thomas drove my car over to another Mastria dealer nearby so I could be on my way. Lastly, my husband signed the wrong spot on the Title so Kelly from Mastria KIA was kind enough to offer to have someone drop it to my house so not to inconvenience me. I am very pleased with all the staff at Mastria KIA. Thank you!!!

My husband and I went to Mastria Kia for a few reasons First being the warranties and service policy on the Kia, Second to give business to our local folks, Third I wanted a smaller vehicle, Fourth my brother who was in the business said Kia was a great vehicle for our needs!! We went on Wednesday and met Thomas who had patience and was knowledgeable and listened to our needs. We saw a Sportage that had most of what I was looking for but decided to go home and sleep on it. We were assured that this was the best deal they could give us so we went home, talked and 2 hours later called Thomas and told him that we wanted to go forward with the purchase of the Sportage. The finance Person was great also . He too explained everything to us and was very respectful of us when we asked some questions and looked to have things clarified, again very respectful!! Thank you Mastria Kia!!!!

After a devastating experience at another dealership (Courtesy in Attleboro) I was hesitant to visit another. However, I made 3 trips to Mastria Kia in Raynham, and each time I was treated with great respect and kindness, as though I were a family member. I received immediate recognition when I arrived, and Thomas took the time to find out what my likes, dislikes and desires were for a new car - without pressuring me. Even more - I was encouraged not to make a decision at my first visit but to take time and review all of my options. He presented several options that I would not have considered had he not analyzed my needs, all in a stress-free manner. The sales manager and finance manager were very supportive and understanding as well, presenting a totally positive buying experience. I recommend Mastria Kia 100%.

I had an amazing experience there. I had a complication for financing the car and eventually I had to use my personal finance since I am in US with F-1 visa. In all other dealerships I had to explain for two hours for them about this matter, but in MASTRIA KIA, they already knew the issue. Therefore, I believe they were so professional and experienced(both salesperson and sales manager). About the price, they gave me the best price between 3 dealerships for the new car, and for the trade-in car, they offered me an extremely generous offer. Finally, they were treated me immensely respectful.
