My Frustrating Experience with Mastria Motors Buick GMC Raynham - In house only financing. Seeking a vehicle in the South Shore of Massachusetts? My experience with Mastria Motors in Raynham was marked by communication delays, inconsistencies, and a lack of upfront information that ultimately caused significant inconvenience and me to look elsewhere. My inquiry about a used vehicle led to a series of email exchanges marred by slow responses, sometimes exceeding a day. Vehicle specifications provided varied between communications, raising concerns about accuracy, attention to detail and general competence. Despite repeatedly expressing my need for purchase and sales agreement details for my credit union, crucial information regarding their exclusive in-house financing wasn't disclosed until the eve of my planned visit to finalize the deal. This late revelation significantly disrupted my schedule and added to my disappointment. Attempts to discuss my concerns over the phone yielded a generic response focused on their "policy's" and financing options, lacking any acknowledgment of the communication issues and inconvenience caused. This impersonal approach further compounded my frustration. While Mastria Motors may offer in-house financing, which is perfectly within their right, the lack of upfront transparency and inconsistent communication throughout my experience fell short of my expectations, leading to wasted time and frustration. For anyone seeking a smooth and informed car-buying experience, I recommend exploring other options. Transparency and timely communication are key factors for me when choosing a dealership. It is my feeling this dealership has 0 interest in the customer, just the customer profit. It will be a great thing when the CARS Rule proposed by the FTC is active to stop the questionable sales tactics.

Drove home with a new truck in 2 hours

I contacted dealership to inquire about a new truck on their website, they responded to me and provided me with info on when truck would be delivered. When truck arrived, the dealership prepped the new truck same day. I completed Financing and drove home with the truck approximately 2 hours later. Brett was easy to work with and he answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Brett.

I was ready for a change and Micheal Dube was patient with me, as the 1st time I came to him I had no idea what I wanted. I just new I wanted a smaller vehicle. After going through some options and my lifestyle. He let me leave to make a decision. 3 months later I came back to him not only because he explained all my possibilities but also because he was in no way a pushy salesperson. He knows his stuff, he is very professional, and actually takes the time to sit and walk you through every step of the process. If only all car salespeople could be more like him. Thank you Micheal for everything!!!! I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend you to anyone looking for a new car. I hope to return to you in the future when ready to trade in my Envision.

We have bought several new cars from them and the process is always seamless. Surprisingly the process was even easier with COVID restrictions. We bought a 2021 Truck of which inventory is sparse and the dealership worked with us to get what we want. Highly reccommend!

My wife found a great car at an amazing price on their website so we called and scheduled a test drive. The car was everything we wanted and more at an amazing price!!! We dealt with Jaime who was professional, polite, helpfull and most importantly very brief and reapectfull of our time. We went to a few dealerships before we came here so we had some very bad experiences with sales associates leaving us waiting at the desk for no reason and finance managers adding extra erroneous fees on top of the sales price. Jaime however was brief, informative, and respectfull(pretty funny too). We loved the car so much and made a quick deal. The entire process took less than an hour start to finish!! I would highly reccomend anyone looking for a car to pay a visit to Jaime over at Mastria GMC!! And.....they belong to a network of dealerships so plenty of makes and models to choose from!!

Working with Mastria Buick GMC was a great experience. I found the car I wanted on line they arranged for me to come in and test drive it and I had it that same day. Our sales person, Tyler was excellent, and balancing us as well as other customers and he never missed a beat. Car buying is not the greatest thing to do on a Saturday, but this place makes it so easy. I will be back when the need for a new car arrives, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for a car. Great job by the whole team at Mastria Buick GMC!! I love my Buick Envision!!!!

Best car-buying experience ever. Brian, Tyler and David couldn't have been nicer. They answered all of our questions and worked with us to get the best interest rate they could. They were kind, courteous and treated us with respect. They negotiated in good faith and did everything they could to help us. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. We got the car we wanted with the interest rate and monthly payment we were looking for.
