Sneaky

They slipped an extended warranty right under our noses. I absolutely never purchase extended warranties on anything (they are all profit for the seller), so I would never knowingly purchase one. Dishonest, avoid at all costs, or at the very least watch your back.

I went into haddad Hyundai knowing that I wanted an SUV and had my mind set on it. After driving the Hyundai Tucson I was sold! Unfortunately the payments were way out of my price range. Brandy was an awesome sales person with a ton of motivation to find me what I wanted for my price range! I ended up in a 2016 sonata sport which I love!!! Brandy has changed my feeling on car buying and I look forward to doing business with her in the future! Haddad Hyundai has a great staff!!

Getting a newer vehicle was a pleasant experience!

Brandy and her sales team at Haddad Hyundai were very accommodating and pleasant during my time looking for and purchasing a new SUV. As I was driving by the dealership, the gleam of a Jeep Grand Cherokee caught my eye.. So much so that I drove around the block and had to go back to check it out in person. After a thorough checkout of the vehicle... I decided to proceed with a test drive. The process went extremely well.. no pressure and crazy sales tactics and by the end of the afternoon I had officially traded in my old vehicle and drove home with my new one!! Brandy was a wonderful salesperson! Made buying a car a pleasure not a headaches... Excellent quick and fast service! Love my new Jeep! Thanks again!

Fantastic Experience

I went to Haddad Hyundai not really knowing what I wanted for my next car. Ian Caruso was my salesman and walked me through the process without me getting a headache. I wound up getting a used limited tucson that I love. Ian and the staff at Haddad Hyundai made this car buying experience easy and painless.

Two days ago I observed a Genesis coupe driving on the road and thought the car looked sharp. I decided to stop at Haddad Hyundai to inquire further about the car. I was not set on purchasing a vehicle when I arrived at the dealership. However, sales person Ian C was a pleasure to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable, no pressure and took the time to answer all my questions. As a result, I purchased a 2014 Genesis coupe 3.8l ultimate. I would highly recommend this dealership and dealing with Ian C. Customer Service Manager Justin C was professional and courteous as well as Billy E, Business manager.

I made an inquiry online overnight and within 12 hours I had a response. I came in an hour after I received a phone call. Craig test drove two different elantras with me and by 11:30 I was walking out of the dealership with a new car! Excellent service, would highly recommend.

2013 Elantra

I was very skeptical when I first started looking for a new car. I had heard horror stories of people getting taken advantage of and I have had experiences with car sales people constantly calling me. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Justin. He was up front and honest and genuinely seemed to want to help me. My credit is less than stellar due to student loans and Justin helped me get into the car I wanted without hesitation. Ian helped me decide what I liked and didn't like about each car that I took for a test drive and I will certainly be coming back in the future when its time to get a new car. I will also be sending my friends to look for their new cars because they gave me a great experience and I now have a greater respect and appreciation for their profession.

For everyone to know Haddad Hyundai is the Local Berkshire place for a new car experience. Its my wife and I third Hyundai from the dealership. Second from Sales professional Zach B. Zach is a super easy to deal with person. The Hyundai product is great and it speaks for itself. No pressure as we all know buying a car is the second most important to a house. Haddad makes it easy. Why drive to Boston area when you can get as good or better deal from Haddad and Zach. The 2014 Sonata is the best car I've had. Thank You Zach. For everyone to know after last years 2013 purchase of my wifes Tucson which she loves to death I always kept in touch with Zach and he did with me via e-mail. When my lease was up on the 2011 Elantra Zach asked me in my busy schedule when I could come in. I told him Wednesday was my only time to stop by before the great lease deal ended on the Sonata. Zach said fine see you then. Knowing Haddad was going to give me what I wanted another great car, the thing that amazed me after the deal was that Wednesday was Zach's day off. He showed up to make the deal happen even though he says he had to be there for other things. If that's not customer service I can't tell you what is. Thanks to all that made it happen.
