I was scheduled to bring in my car for a routine oil change and service, and the night before a deer ran into my car, causing slight damage to the front bumper. During my routine check-up, Phil made sure that my car was looked over thoroughly and made sure there was no functional damage of the car from the deer impact. He told me the steps needed when contacting my insurance company for the bodywork repair, and referred me to a great auto body repair shop. Phil was always friendly, patient, listened with care and his communication was great when updating me about the status of my car during my routine visit.

My first time using Lia Toyota auto service..I was surprised about how friendly and efficient David Stafford was at Lia Toyota.. David explained what was included for the first service on our new Crown Toyota. Had a great first time experience. Work performed on the car was covered by warranty.. There should be a N/A option..

Lindsey Hart checked me in when I arrived in my vehicle for service… She applied discounts checked with me for additional services because of what the mechanic found… I met my mechanic in person. He explained what was going on with my vehicle and showed pictures. I appreciated the Service that I received from Lyndsey and my mechanic Paul from the beginning of Check In to the end very efficient and extremely organized… Was not able to drive my vehicle because of the way my brakes we’re so worn… So they gave me a loaner car so I could go back-and-forth to work till the service was complete. Much appreciate everything they did to make my service on my vehicle complete

An excellent experience - again. Lindsay Heart was professional and reviewed my service history with me reference my Toyota Tacoma. I made a decision, had the service performed, and scheduled future service. Facility was clean and comfortable.

I recently had a small issue of a light on the dash that indicated a tire problem. I went to Lia to check it out, hoping that it wasn't a nail. I was quickly logged in, and assigned to Lindsay Heart to handle the problem. She is very, very friendly, efficient, and professional. I was a bit surprised that it was going to take about an hour, but she explained that they check all the tires, not just the low one, to make sure there are no other problems. As it turned out, it only took 1/2 hour; she called my name, and said: "I've got good news." There were no nails and no other problems. I thanked her, she wished me well and I did the same, and I was on my way.

Great service Department!

This was my first time going to Lia Toyota. I was so lucky to work with David Spafford. He was personable, attentive, and treated my truck like his own. There was a warranty issue that needed to be addressed and he resolved it within a week. I had been to different local Toyota dealership and was not happy with the service person there. He was indifferent and not attentive to my concerns. David was the best! I will definitely be going to Lia Toyota from now on.

Brought my 2021 Tacoma in for it's 20k service. My service rep. Dave Spafford. was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I liked that he took the time to go over what would be done for this visit. I highly recommend talking with Dave to anyone needing service.
