Awesome Service!

I went in on Friday after work and Vinny greeted me as soon as I got out of my car. He was so polite and attentive to what I was looking for. He went above and beyond on helping me get the car that I wanted and I left that day with it! I can't rave enough about the amazing customer service that I got while I was there. I couldn’t have been any happier with Vinicius Rosa! He was excellent! He was so kind and understanding to all my needs and I can’t say enough! I traded my car and left with my new one the same day! Our sales person was Alex Holanda. The minute we walked into the showroom, Alex was there to great us with a smile. We searched for quite a while for a good deal on a Subaru Outback, and Fafama had a terrific price on the model year and milage we were looking for. I would highly recommend visiting Alex and Fafama for you next car, just as we will be.

Ease of Buying of a SUV

We got a 2016 Jeep Compass they are not pushy very nice to work with and very good deals.We were in and out in a couple hours with our newer SUV we did the paper work and they said come and pickup your SUV at 5oclock it was ready. When I am ready for a newer truck in a few months I will be getting it from here very nice to work with. My wife gets very anixous buying a car she was very calm and pleasant with them and we were in and out with a newer SUV and with a good price for a Trade-in Thank You very much we will be Back for sure

I had gone to two different dealerships prior to my visit to Fafama. I wish I had stopped at Fafama first I could've saved myself lots of time and lots of frustration. I had done my research and was slightly off put by the negative reviews on YELP but I'm glad I dercided to take a chance and visit Fafama - Don't let the reviews fool you. I was greeted at the door by Alex, not surrounded by no name-vultures in a parking lot. Alex was wonderful he understood what I was looking for immediately and within minutes had three different vehicle's (different makes & models) pulled up for me to test drive that were all within my price range without me having to actually give him a firm number. Throughout the entire buying experience he never once made me feel pressured or rushed. He was helpful, compromising, & he lacked all the old car salesman tactics that I had experienced at the dealerships I had visited prior to finding this place. I can say that he truly made me enjoy the car buying experience. When I was getting ready to leave in my new car he even made sure that my car was equipped with a kit to fix a flat on the side of the road.....he truly went the extra mile!

I bought a 2015 chevy cruze lt with less than 15,000 miles on it. Max was our salesman and he was awesome! He was very helpful and curtious. Within just a few hours of being there my purchase was done. I highly recommend this place. 2 thumbs up🖒🖒

I would never buy another car here again and I recommend you search elsewhere as well. My experience was full of headaches and frustrations. Communication and customer service were severely lacking. The biggest problem was they knowingly sold me a car with a battery issue. The night I picked up my car (3 yrs old) they had to jumpstart the battery, which I only knew about because they accidentally left the starter pack in my backseat. They did not tell me. The next morning I had a dead battery again and ended up being late to work. The sales manager was not apologetic at all for the inconvenience or the lack of communication about having to jumpstart it the night before. The battery had to be replaced, an issue they knew about and could have fixed before I drove away in the car. They also sent the paperwork to my insurance company late and messed up the paperwork when they finally did. This delayed when I could pick up the car, which was a huge hassle as I was without a car. Finally, extremely pushy salesmen - made me feel uncomfortable, wouldn't let me leave initially, and made negative comments about a car I was interested in at another dealership.

My husband and I have been going back and forth about upgrading our 2004 Silverado and after toatling the vehicle in a snowstorm, we were forced to jump into buying a new car. We researched different types of pickup truck, models/brands, etc. and shopped around for different pricing and service coverage. I called Fafama after seeing a posting for a Ford F150 & a Chevy Silverado on Craigslist. I dealt with Alex who was wonderful! He answered all my questions. To be honest, I was a little skeptical solely because I found them on Craigslist, but they put me at ease with the first phone call and made the process simple and easy. We drove 45 minutes to come out to their dealership and frankly it was the best decision that we made. Alex and his team made the process quick, easy and simple. We left with a F150 at the right price. When they say their pricing is right on, they truly mean it. There was no nonsense and we are thrilled with our purchase. We will be back when it's time to upgrade my minivan!

I went to Fafama because I did my research and they give me a fair price for the car. The sale guy was friendly. I told him that I just wanted a simple transaction and to tell me how much I was supposed to pay for the car plus taxes and their fees. (which was about 1,500). To be honest I had already calculated myself because I knew the price of the car. but I didn't want to have any surprise after I test drive the car or when i was going to pay for it. After all I had tried another dealership in Framingham Auto mall and they wanted to take 3,000 for taxes and their fees! (for the same car) which I found totally unreal!. So, I bought the car from Fafama because they we more honest in my opinion. However, I had a minor inconvenient after buying the car but I was quickly contacted by Bryan (he is awesome!). He apologized and took care of it. He was very friendly and I am totally thankful! he showed me that at Fafama they really take care of his clients! (even after you have already bought the car) Which would make me a Fafama fan! If you are thinking to buy a car, Do yourself a favor and go to this place. I am 100% sure you would love the costumer service and the price!

My salesmen was Neto! He was kind, efficient, and trusting. I felt completely comfortable with him. He gave me all the information I needed, and explained everything to me step by step. He kept the car I wanted on hold for several days after I put my down payment down, and allowed me to pick up my car when it was most convenient for me. He was excellent! I will be buying my next car from fafama.
