Kelly jeep does not make it easy

Kelly jeep does not make it easy. Absolutely the worst customer service from the service department and the receptionists. This is short condensed version its a lot worse than this. So my jeep has been in for service 2 times over the last 2 months. They have now had my jeep the second time for almost a month now. All I wanted was simple phone call with an update on what's going on with my jeep as I was told by Clayton when i dropped my jeep for service the first time. The service advisor was supposed to call they don't call for days. So I call and I have to leave messages then I don't get called back. I call again I'm hung up on. I call again i finally get thru and I'm told they don't know whats going on they will call and update in 2 days. Days go by again no call. Finally get jeep back first time it's not fixed right gotta bring it back. Idk it yet but its more broken than before i brought it in. So now I've gotta make another appointment and bring it back again in 2 weeks. During this time my jeep is having more issues than before I brought it in for service. 2nd time Wednesday june 1st drop it off Clayton tells me he will call me on Friday with update. Fri comes and goes, sat comes and goes so finally I call Monday and speak with Joe. Joe says he will call me back in 30 mins with update. 30 mins no call I call next day and get run around. I call leave messages no calls back I call back try to speak to management they connect me with the assistant manager Moses. I tell him the problem ive been having and wanted to pick up my jeep and he says he will take care of things and ill be getting updates even if he is the who updates me. Does that happen? No it does not. so I've got to call them again and play the phone game leaving msg no call back they just put me on hold then hang up or transfer me to recodings of advertisements that are 3 years old. This goes on for weeks. I open a jeep cares case and jeep cares can't even get in touch with them to get info. The reason is because Andrew the service manager only communicates with jeep cares thru emails. So still no updates cause we are waiting for Andrew to answer emails to get my vehicle fixed. Finally I tell jeep cares I want to take my jeep else where it had been 2 weeks no UPDATES from anyone at Kelly. Jeep cares said they will email letting them know that I want to pick my vehicle up and also that they would call and let them know. I also called I had no luck and was told that everyone was gone for the day. Then after jeep cares gets thru i believe I get a call from the service advisor who i was told by the lady at the front desk 10 mins before that he was gone for the day. So clayton gives me what he calls an update. He tells me they Think there is an issues with an electrical connection wait to hear more and no update on any other issues. My jeep has multiple issues 1 possibly caused by them cause its related to the things they fixed already (its not fixed). Its been there a month and they have only looked into 1 of the issues none of the separate issues have been looked into well waiting to hear from jeep what to do about it. They say they are waiting for the OK from mopar/jeep to get the fix. They have the OK from jeep cares if Andrew would check his emails and respond. So I tell them I'll be taking my business else where beacause the customer service is horrible no one should have to go thru what I have dealt with at Kelly Jeep over the last 2 month and I still don't have answers. Now I'm picking my jeep up and I have to make an appointment to take it somewhere else have them fix it and start all this again because kelly jeep. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I'd advise everyone to avoid Kelly Jeep They Do Not Make It Easy.

Bait and switch

I came to Kelly Jeep thinking it was a reputable dealership, and why shouldn't they be. But to my surprise when trying to purchase a brand new Jeep Cherokee they pulled the old bait and switch routine like I was some high school kid getting my first car, how insulting!

Avoid this dealership

Manager Alex Zamakis thinks that not honoring a lease agreement contract is good business practice , He thought that instead of giving a customer an agreed amount 395 dollars towards the lease of a new jeep , he would keep it for the dealership and lose a customer that intended to buy another jeep in the next month and re lease in 3 years when my lease came up . I not sure where Andrew was educated but this is not a good business practice and this is why people in his the car business are known as snake oil salesmen , avoid this place at all cost ....!!!

Superb online purchase (lease) transaction for a Chrysler Pacifica

Extremely positive online purchase (lease) experience for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. We worked with Leny via e-mail and then with Kelley (Sales Mgr) and finally with Chad for the paperwork and delivery. Everyone we worked with was a pleasure to work with and we were especially pleased with price for the vehicle. Highly recommend this dealership for purchasing/leasing a new Chrysler. Our experience was purchasing online, not walking in to the dealership directly. We had already done significant homework on the vehicle we wanted and price we wanted to pay prior to contacting them.

My overall experience at Kelly Jeep Chrysler has been phenomenal. Purchasing my new Renegade was an efficient, seamless process and I truly appreciate Kevin Doherty's time, help and honesty during the sale process. He made me feel at ease and at no point did I feel like I was getting a bad deal. Kelly gave me a very fair rate for my trade-in and Tom MacDonald was wonderful during our finance conversation. This is my second car from a Kelly dealership. Glad to say that I will continue to be a loyal Kelly customer.

From the website, to the online chat, to the phone call with Erin, to my test drive and discussions with Gus, to the financials with Bob - it was a very pleasant experience, which isn't something usually associated with car buying. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to scheduling and needs. No one tried to sell me anything that I didn't want or need, and my Jeep was ready for pick up when promised! No headaches, no drawn out negotiation tactics. I have my new Jeep and am HAPPY!

Another great experience

I have bought all of my cars from the Kelly family and they continue to impress. even when I have had an issue with the car, like the one I just had. Brian Kelly jr assisted me in getting a loaner car and got my Jeep back on the road in a short period of time. You can tell his personal touch at the dealership travels though out all of the staff, Bruce and Bill were great too. Thank you guys I can wait for the new Renegade to come in so I can check it out!

WAY above and Beyond - 5 Stars is not ENOUGH

I have never bought a new car. I have never even been to a dealership. So, I was worried that even walking onto the lot, I would get swindled. Brian Kelly Jr, Andrew Turransky and most specifically James Moore made any preconceived notions disappear. Andrew sat down with me the first day and discussed my desires for the vehicle and explained options, including leasing (something I never considered). James spent an hour with me on test-drives, knowing that I was not prepared to buy that day. The first quote they gave me was not in my price range. But, when I found a great deal through my USAA membership, Kelly Jeep Chrysler matched it and was able to find the vehicle quickly. James sat in Boston traffic and drove to the Cape for me to sign paperwork (all of 5 minutes), just to make sure I got the deal before prices changed. Brian was able to make the financing work within my budget and I was soon the proud owner (leasee) of a 2014 Jeep Cherokee (Latitude). It was always easy to reach James, who was timely in his responses. And he was always courteous and friendly. The experience was so smooth and "easy" that I recommended it to my mother and brother. My mother successfully purchased a 2015 Cherokee (go mom!) and my brother is looking into Grand Cherokees. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Jeep Chrysler to anyone who wants a positive experience from a dealership. 5 stars do not do justice to the service they provided me during the car buying process. If you are worried about getting swindled, go to Kelly Jeep Chrysler. You will get the best deal possible and feel confident about your purchase. I can't wait to see what I lease in 3 years! ---- M. Horrible Service Dept.

To begin, DO NOT PURCHASE a Chrysler extended warranty. It is a scam and they give you a hassle when a covered part needs placement. My gripe is with the service reps, not the actual mechanics, they do a good job. I clearly had a contract for the repair of brake calibers. Bruce argued with me and I was forced to leave my son's basketball banquet early to show him the contract. Yes, I should have had it with me. But the contract is in their computer system. Long story short to avoid a $525 bill, the part was in fact covered. This inept employee was reading the wrong line on his screen. Of course he tried to get me for pads and rotors too. A couple of insincere apologies later and the car was repaired. Thank you to the mechanics. I wish there was a closer Chrysler dealership in the area, these guys don't measure up.

Best car buying experience yet

After having a bad experience at another dealership I contacted Kelly Jeep via email for a price quote. The response was quick and I received a very competitive price. I came into the dealership and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kelly Jeep did not have the car available in the color i wanted so they located one elsewhere and brought it within a few days. My previous experience with dealerships was very dreadful. Kelly Jeep made my car buying experience enjoyable.

From the initial interaction I had with Justin S., through the sales process and the final signing of the paperwork with the business office, the dealership was a complete pleasure to deal with. Janet G. the sales consultant I worked with was completely professional and very helpful in finding the car I was looking for and showing all the cars features. Janet was a real pleasure to work with and made the sales process both easy and enjoyable. I've purchased at least six new cars from different dealership and my experience at Kelly Chrysler Jeep was by far the best i've had.

I am very happy to come back and share my very nice experience with everybody. we want to thanks the kelly jeep Chrysler dealer and there stuff, special thanks to Andrew t. and to the nice salesperson Corey n. ,very helpful people. we went back to pick up our 2013 Chrysler 300 to day, Andrew and Corey expected us after we had an conversation over the phone about our first and second visit and the whole situation plus the concerns we had, he was extremely professional and helpful as I met him at the first time, he helped us a lot to do the business and come back. very warm and sincere welcoming, he went through Everything solving all the problems, making my wife happy. Corey was on top of it as well was taking good care of us and smiling all the time working hard to get everything done nicely, we got our new car looks beautiful was a great day. kelly jeep chrysler very recommended check it out you will never be disappointed thank you all!

Another Great Experience!

I chose to purchase another used vehicle from the Kelly family of dealerships for many reasons. Both vehicles were clearly meticulously maintained from the previous owners and had incredibly low miles for their year, making it quite obvious that the dealerships are very selective of the used cars they sell. The prices were very fair, as I was able to pick up an '05 Subaru WRX STi for well under blue book value. The service desk was very courteous, and I couldn't have asked for more from the salesman (Yamen) that helped me. He was as friendly and easy to talk to as it gets, and most important of all not pushy. It felt like he was a friend, trying to help me get into the car that I wanted while keeping my budget priority number one. I would without hesitation recommend friends and family to make a purchase from the folks at Kelly Jeep Chrysler.

Superb, knowledgeable sales staff make process pain-free

Today my wife and I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Kelly Jeep Chrysler (Lynnfield) and I feel compelled to write a few words to summarize our experience. First a word on pricing. Knowing a little bit about the industry, I believe that auto dealerships have a near impossible task trying to balance complex rebate structures initiated by the manufacturers against operating costs and consumers who believe that they are about to get ripped off. So with this in mind, our interaction with all of the staff at this dealership was outstanding. From the outset our sales person for the day (Corey Nance - who I would recommend to anyone) spent time understanding our needs and gave us a tour of the lot. We walked through the implications (and costs) of cash vs lease. He spent nearly 2.5 hours with us test driving, assisting our frequent changes of heart and reviewing features / price points until we were totally satisfied with the model we wanted to buy. Importantly Corey spent no time attempting to upsell features we didn't need. During our visit we were introduced to the GM for this branch (Andrew Turransky). Again Andrew was the consumate professional, clearly busy running a sales floor he was available to clarify details around leasing and option pricing. Unfortunately the final process of paperwork is always going to be a little painful. Their business manager (Tom) did an admirable job in this department, but it is never going to be fun hearing about some of the unavoidable extras (like the annual tax in Massachussetts). Ultimately I think that we got a sensible deal for a car that meets our needs 100%, and you can't ask for more than that. I would thoroughly recommend Kelly Chrysler Jeep (and in particular Corey) to anyone looking for a supportive car buying experience.

My worst experience ever in my lifetime-I would not recommend to anyone !!

My girlfriend and I went to Kelly Jeep to pick up our new 2010 Wrangler on Monday June 21.I did most of everything of everything over the phone to make the transaction easier for when we arrived,including giving them a deposit.When we arrived at the correct time at 6:30,the Jeep wasn't even cleaned yet.We went into the business office to do all the paperwork and was told it was going to be a little bit yet.I handed him my company check and finished the transaction.I was also told that we can't drive the Jeep off the lot because it is going to NH,and that is over the border,and the salesman has to deliver it,and a form has to be signed by the business manager saying it was delivered over the border,and he wasn't going to lie and sign it,and this was said after the salesman asked the owner who said we could take it home because I had my insurance binder and my own temp tag.About 10 minutes later they came running up to us and told us that our check was no good,because it wasn't certified.I told them that I had called and talk to the other business manager and asked him if I could bring a company check,and he said fine.Now they are saying it is no good,and that he made a mistake.So they tore up the paperwork,and tried to force me to finance the Jeep through them,asking me how is your credit ?,and I told them I am all set,I am paying cash,and they didn't want to except that,and they kept hounding us to finance through them so we could still take delivery of the Jeep.So then the owner got involved and said that my check was useless,and he didn't want it.So after all that,because they had the Jeep we wanted,I told the owner (Brian Kelly) that I would have a certified check delivered to him on Tuesday morning,and he said what time,and I said by 11 am.He said good because I go to the bank at 11 am,and I can see if it will be any good.He really treated us crappy,and with the way the economy is,I would of thought a cash deal would be an easy deal,but I thought wrong.The kicker was,on the way back to NH,about 10 minutes into the ride,while I was on the phone,Brian Kelly,remind you the owner,he called and left a message on my voice mail,which I still have to prove the incident happened,he said he decided he didn't want my business,and obviously he said not to bring a check tomorrow !!!!! What a way to do business these days ??????

Worst Service Experience Ever

Customer Service Rep was nice...commented how clean my car was and was impressed. Very friendly. Can't say the same for the level of work they performed. Shotty work. Overcharged for a part that didn't fix my problem. Didn't check my transmission fluid when that was my main problem. Never fixed my problem. Pretty much told me that I should just buy a new car from them rather than fixing this one. Probably the worst service experience I have ever had. Spoke to the manager and he was yelling at me and saying that said certain things to the Rep, that were never said. Things that I asked to be addressed, were never addressed. Also, when they took off my dashboard panel to replace the TCM (which they said would 99% fix my problem), they disconnected my trunk release...when I asked why my trunk wasn;t working, they told me, "It's not our problem, the switch probably went." I pulled off the cover and behold, the switch had been disconnected, but they wanted to charge me to look into it.
