Kim and I just drove our eighth Lahti's vehicle off the lot, and we do not believe we are done yet. Fred Perla and Ron Booth have always been informative, straight-shooting and very knowledgeable about the product. We have a high comfort level with their integrity and that of the entire Lahti's Jeep family. Furthermore, we have stayed with Lahti's not only for the sales force, but for the consistent, helpful and highly trained service team who have sincerely worked to make our Jeep experience a painless and positive one. All of the folks we met there during the process of leasing our 2015 Jeep Cherokee were friendly and helpful to a fault. I reached out to Lahti's online as I was interested in one of the last Willys Wheelers available in New England -- and Dianne set me up with a great deal on the purchase, trade-in, and financing (with a local credit union, which is a bonus!). She's obviously a Wrangler lover, too, and her enthusiasm is contagious. Really, a quick, clean, and easy purchase -- never would have hoped for this from a car dealer, but it was amazing!

I just purchased a new Grand Cherokee Limited Diesel from Lahti's. It is the 4th Jeep purchased from this team and as always a great experience. I reached out to Ronald Booth with a request for a specific configuration. Ron and Dianne found, financed and delivered my new Jeep the next day. Working with the team at Lahti's has always been a pleasure and reflects well on the great products and capabilities they represent. Great car-buying experience

I had a great car-buying experience with Brian Long at Lahti's Jeep - he was knowledgeable, accommodating, understanding and patient when it came to helping me find just the right vehicle and helping it fit in my budget. I am very much in love with my new Jeep Patriot and will absolutely recommend Brian and Lahti's to friends and family.

A better experience

Buying a new car is easy. Using Consumer reports Buying Service, I come up with a price and the first dealer to agree to that price gets my business. It has always worked. Buying a used car is different. Each used car is unique: mileage, year, condition, color, accessories, etc. The dealer knows this, and that's why the margin on used cars is so much higher than on new. I was looking for a specific car, a used Honda Accord coupe with a V6. They were out there, but I had to travel to find them. One day a new listing from Lahti's (30 miles from where I live) appeared on Edmunds.com, so I called and spoke to Andrew, arranging a test drive. The car was in terrific condition. The asking price (plus taxes, doc fees, etc.) was a bit higher than my budget, so I made an offer. They made a very reasonable counter offer, but still higher than I wanted to pay. I thanked Andrew and left. On the way home I called the missus and we decided to take their offer, pending an independent inspection. When I showed up to take the car to a local Honda dealer for the inspection, they were working on the brakes. Unfortunately, the work couldn't be completed within my time frame, so Andrew offered to take the car for the inspection himself. He did so, providing me with the written report. A couple of minor things were found which Lahti took care off. They also gave me 2 new Michelins without my asking. I picked up the car the next day. In all, an excellent experience.

Professional and Accommodating

During the process of my purchase my salesman unexpectedly lost his mom. Not only did he maintain a level of communication but the entire staff pitched in to ensure that the process never missed a beat. This is the first time I can say that I have been motivated to write a review. The staff was great and I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle at Lahti's.
