The Best of the Best!

The team at Ron Bouchard's Kia know how to deliver the best customer service experience ever! Starting with Nicole who reached out to me via e-mail and was so friendly and outgoing. Her correspondence to me made me open up their website and boy, am I glad I did! I never looked anywhere else as they had the exact car I was looking for and their customer reviews were 5-star. I was interested in a 2014 totally loaded, low mileage CPO Kia Soul + that had just been traded in. I came in on a Saturday and was assisted by Stephen Sanchez, who was super nice and friendly. He gave me and my sister the keys and off we went. The car was amazing with every bell and whistle imaginable. When I came back, I joked that I was interested in the vehicle, if I could get the life size rock and roll hamster display thrown in for my camp. Within minutes it was standing next to me...sweet! From then on out there was absolutely no pressure or haggling over prices to deal with. Quite the contrary, as both me and my sister actually had a lot of fun speaking with numerous employees, whom were very knowledgeable about the KIA product and warranties and just overall nice guys, not what you have come to expect from a car dealership. I also had a 2005 Hyundai that I was trading in and I had done the research as to what my trade-in was worth and what the car that they were offering me was worth. Stephen was amazing as he got me the car that I loved, at the price that I wanted along with the trade-in amount that my car was worth and an automatic car starter installed. All that without even looking at my research that I printed out. On top of that, Stephen offered to deliver my new car to my home in Lawrence and pick up my trade-in on his day off, as he knew that I would need to get time off work to come back to the dealership and pick up my car. Now that is what I call 5-star + customer service! The business Manager, Steve, then worked out all the details and got me the lowest rate available and a low monthly payment to boot. They will also take care of inspecting, registration and sending over the car info to my insurance company. I do not need to do anything but wait for Stephen to show up at my door with my newly detailed car. I dare you to find this level of customer service at any other dealership, as I doubt that any other will even come close. My time spent at Ron Bouchard dealership was such a fun and positive experience and I am looking forward to seeing the whole team when I come back in for my free 1st oil change. A big shout out to the fantastic KIA team at Ron Bouchard Kia ... Stephen Sanchez, Russell Smith, Steve Castelli, Mike Finley and Nicole Colon. You guys totally rock and I am a customer for life. Even my sister said that her next car will come from them, as she loved them too! Keep up the great work!

Awful customer service

I've had such a bad experience at Ron Bouchard Nissan. From the beginning moment that I bought the car to the moment that I'm trying to trade in the card at another place they've been nothing but dragging their feet and not helping me with what I need. When I first went in there I was told then in a day or two I would have my car that everything is good. It took me a week and a half later to receive my car and only because I stated that I was changing my mind and I didn't want the car anymore. Then I did not receive my contract at all I had to go call them at least six to seven times and show up in person because they were giving me the runaround and waited almost an hour to receive a copy of my contract. And now I'm trying to trade in my car door nother dealership and they are not helpful at all they're dragging their feet giving me the run-around making me jump hoops just to get some information on on how much I would get back if I cancelled my insurance specific date. I asked to speak to a high up no number was offered to me and then the high up that I mentioned they told me he lives in another state now that I would have to find my own way of communicating with him. I think it's ridiculous then when I am trying to buy a car or even trade in my car they are so Auntie customer service I would never ever recommend Ron Bouchard's to anyone and anyone who asked me about them or any chance I get to give a bad review I will do so because I am very displeased with their service.

Great Buying Experience

I bought a used 2017 Kia Sorento from Mike Roberts. Mike was very chill, and very thorough. I never felt pressured, and I always felt that Mike would spend as much time as I needed, answering questions as needed. I would definitely recommend asking for Mike the next time you're in the market for a car.

2017 KIA Sorento SX

We are leasing a 2017 Sorento SX and found that we had time to ask questions, request a lower monthly payment and get the kind of deal we could live with and enjoy for the next 36 months. Frank Waterman and Jason handled our business professionally and we never felt pressured. We ended up leasing the demo that we tried out a week earlier. Ron Bouchard was always a good dealer. We bought a Honda Civic back in the early '90s. Close to home and great service. Lots of pluses and the Sorento is a real head turner. Thanks Frank and Jason.

Excellent Buying Experience

Best Sales Experience ever

Jake Walker was my salesperson. He was terrific. No pressure, just exceptional and knowledgeable help. He guided me through the entire sales and administrative process with the assistance of his salesmanager to ensure the delivery was completed on and time and delivered on a date and time of my con enience. Jake is also a team techie and demonstrated all of the great technology packed into my 2017 Sportage SX Turbo. Best dealership experience ever, and congrats to Jason Gains and Jake Walker. Recently bought a Kia Forte5 at Ron Bouchard’s Kia in Lancaster, MA. It was a great experience. No high pressure sales. Working with Jacob “Jake” Walker was a delight and the positive experience I had was almost 100% due to Jake. He is friendly, product-knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented. Should I seek another Kia in the future, I will absolutely return to Ron Bouchard’s and make every effort to work with Jake again.

one stop shopping

I went to Ron Bouchard Kia when I was trying to decide between a Soul and a Honda HRV. Salesperson Mike Roberts was very accomodating, knowledgable, and thorough. As it turned out I bought the HRV from Bouchard Honda while sitting at Bouchard Kia! The transaction was seamless and importantly to me low key. Their inhouse access to the registry and insurance agents saved me the dreaded trip to th e registry.Bouchard Honda's powertrain extended powertrain warranty was a major factor in choosing Bouchard dealerships. Easy stress free purchase

Great experience

Best car buying experience I've had at a dealership. Great sales team. Team goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction. Their are a number of Kia dealerships around me, so I suspect the market is very competitive. But Ron Bouchard stands out. Highly recommend you look here if you're in the market for a Kia. Amanda was a great salesperson!

Love Love Love!!!

All I can say is WOW! We used Truecar to price our 2016 Kia Sedona SX with Tech Package, and we dealt with Gina and also with Tom Corbin. Both were awesome and totally honored the price, even though no other dealer would even talk to us at the price Truecar said we should pay. We saved about $1500 over the other dealers. To me, it's all about the bottom line (price) and I don't really care about service and big screen TV in the waiting area and all of that crap. Their price was way LOWER than other Kia dealers. Thanks!

Responsive and respevtful

Visited this dealership knowing what I was looking for--a model year leftover Forte. Salesperson Gina Selak was most helpful and accommodating, quickly realizing that as an engineer I knew the product and the level of options I was willing to consider. Between True Car and Gina I was able to close a deal on a new Forte that met our needs at an affordable price point. The dealership was clear in their processing and registration fees and conducted business in a professional manner.

I honestly can't say enough good things about my experience at Kia in Lancaster dealership. I have driven a pick up for over 20 years and wanted to move to an SUV. I came in with my excel spread sheet of 8 vehicles I wanted to drive and not all of them were from this dealership. Afterr scaring away one salesman from next door out came Gina. I took 3 test drives, sat in 2 other vehicles and Gina was well aware I had to visit other dealerships. Regardless, she was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable about every aspect about buying and leasing a vehicle... Gina was just what I needed. Long story short...I fell in love with the Kia Sorento and Gina met my price and made it happen! Thank you Gina....Best dealership ever!!!
