Frank approach of the salesperson and the honest information of the cost of the car I bought. The salesperson was willing to recommend a car which I purchased.

Quite possibly the best vehicle purchase we've ever experienced!

Quite possibly the best vehicle purchase experience we've ever had! Thanks to Bob and everyone at Premier for the gorgeous and fully equipped CX-5! We'd like to share our story so that others can get a sense for how much the people at Premier care about connecting folks with the right vehicle: While we already had an idea of what sort of vehicle we were looking for and features, Bob really showed the level of his craft as a sales person - evaluating our understanding of features and offering a great demo ride while qualifying us and making us feel understood and respected. He went out of his way to pull two cars to demo since one did not have all the features we wanted to try out in the Mazda range. Not to mention being a well decorated vietnam veteran we connected well and felt like we could trust Bob. Above all else though, we never felt pressured in any way. We were introduced to Oscar who helped us along the sales process early on and I know Bob had worked with another gentleman at Premier named Kevin who was able to get us the most competitive price and win us over. It was great to see this cooperation throughout the showroom - the team worked hard to get us a fully loaded vehicle that had everything we were looking for in the right colors and get it onto their lot within our timeframe (actually faster than our timeframe - nice job fellas!) We know pricing can be hard for dealers in the age of the internet where consumers can be lost over pennies without ever seeing them face to face, but we felt that pricing was an easy conversation with these folks and everyone was truly committed to earning our business. They just wanted to make it simple for us and we valued that. You could tell they knew their bottom line and were straightforward about things over email. Compared to other experiences we have had with scummy dealerships that make promises just to get you into the showroom and then pull a bait 'n switch sort of scheme, this was light years ahead in terms of our customer experience. Lastly, Laurie in the finance office was a champion. She quickly and painlessly worked us through the administrative part which is always tough because of the amount of paperwork involved in buying a car. They have a very sophisticated touch-screen desk that lets you eSign everything and facilitate the finance conversation which helped us out. Not only that but Laurie was willing to go above and beyond to work out harder details when it came to deactivating plates on our trade-in and getting insurance stuff figured out. They didn't have to do any of that but I think they really cared about helping us. I can't emphasize enough that we felt like everyone played on the same team and coordinated well - with us at the center stage. We can't recommend Premier enough and would love to come back to them in the future if we have the opportunity!!!!! PS- Special thanks to Hailey who coordinated the best time for us to seal the deal and greeted us with hospitality when we came in
