I had a problem with my vehicle that required immediate attention. I brought it in without an appointment and they repaired and returned it the same day. This is typical of the reasonably-priced service they provide as this is not the first time they have bailed me out.

Contacted Josh to schedule service. Handled efficiently. I was provided a rental car while service was done. They needed to order a part and would contact me. Matt called in a few days and scheduled a time for me to complete the service. Always dependable, courteous and professional.

I will say that I am happy with the end results. I do have to say I made an appointment to have a noise inspected that was really loud. When I called they also said there was a recall on my vehicle and would be serviced for that. After the recall was fixed the car was brought back out for some odd reason at that very moment the noise could not be heard. I pleaded with the mechanic that it happens and is really loud when I turn on the A/C or heat. It was a very embarrassing noise to me. The only thing that bothered me about my visit is that the guy said well its not making noise now and he would have to put it on a lift to figure it out. My response to him was "yes I understand and that is why I have an APPOINTMENT this morning for you to do that" So if I didn't basically argue with the man for a couple minutes I would have not had my car serviced at that time. Lucky for me he got in the vehicle to pull it in to the service area it made the awful sound. I feel if you are making an appointment and are giving them the reason why and you tell them where it is coming from and when they would put it on the lift and inspect it BEFORE they tell you its fine. Overall everyone was great and helpful even the mechanic that I first dealt with. My overall experience was a positive one. The car is running great.

My car was on a recall. I went to the dealer and he gave me a time and day to bring it in. The part wasn't available, but he called me a couple of days ahead and said he would call when the part came in. He did. I brought the car up to be repaired and he called me later in the day to say it was ready. He also told be it was in good shape, always nice to hear... There was no charge and I told him I'd call in December to have oil changed and a sticker put on the car. All of the staff are courteous and I don't mind going there as I have for the past several years to have the car serviced. I've had good luck with it... so far so good for an 90 Chevy.....

My salesman Brian was awesome. I test drove a bunch of cars To be sure I was picking the right one for me. Brian even dug one way in the back of a bunch of other cars just so I could rule it out. Ended up with a Cruz LT and I am loving this car. If you haven't tried a Chevy in awhile go to Durand and test one out. Converted me after owning 3 Ford Focus. I think I got way more car for the money with my Cruz.
