Great service and attention to little details. I had a difficult time with my insurance company paying out on my totaled car, multiple delays, they just dropped the ball! Bill had the patience of a Saint, very kind and assured me that they understood the delay wasn’t because of me, this certainly eased my stress level. Bill is a great asset to Jannell Ford!

My 2021 Explorer was in need of repair for a a steering module issue. The team at Jannell was very responsive and helpful in getting us into the shop quickly. They unfortunately learned the necessary part was on backorder with Ford [out of their control] and quickly took the initiative to try and get us a covered rental. They remained in contact and when the part arrived, got us squared away quickly.

I needed to have a recall done an oil change and a new sticker. I made an appointment to drop it off at 8:00 told them they could keep it overnight if needed. I was called and emailed all my services were complete and I could come pick up my car before 12:00 that day. Very happy with the service and I like the fact I was shuttled home while my car was being serviced.

Trouble free Ford Ranger purchase

Despite all the supply issues, and there were many that were out of the dealer's control, this was by far the easiest and least stressful vehicle transaction I've experienced. It was a custom-order Ford Ranger. I was kept informed of the current status with honest answers on the date the truck would likely arrive. Complete transparency on all the dollar amounts. Absolutely no surprises on the final amount we paid except that it actually went down from the original quote, because the price on the model purchased was slightly lower than the prior model year. Received the quoted rebate as promised. I have complete trust in this dealer and especially in Harry McDougall. I don't expect to return to them for a new vehicle soon, as I expect this one to last a while, but when I do need a Ford I will absolutely buy from them, and from Harry.

Purchased one of the new Broncos at Jannell Ford, couldn't be happier with the vehicle and my experience at the dealership. I have heard/read about horror stories from others with Bronco reservations who said their local dealership (not Jannell Ford) were charging well above MSRP for their builds. Bill and Harold were great!

As a four time ford buyer, all of which have been purchased at Jannell Ford, I find that service is always well performed. The recently added 10% service preparation charge may be one reason to have my Explorer serviced elsewhere in the future. Another concern I found unsettling is the fact that very few Jannell employees were wearing face masks and were not practicing social distancing. All of the customers sitting in the waiting area were seated apart and all were wearing masks. So, what’s the deal with the employees? Another reason to seek an alternate location to have my Ford serviced.

A Dream Come True

Just purchased a 2019 Mustang Convertible at Jannell. They really made the deal work with 0 % financing. The salesman really took his time showing my husband and I all the technology and bells and whistles. I love the pick up in this 4 cylinder engine. I look forward to each errand as another time to drive this stunning vehicle!!
