INFINITI of Hanover

We had a poor experience with this dealership tonight. We have been looking for a blue Infiniti QX50 and located one online at Infiniti of Hanover. After chatting online and over the phone with Lynn, We agreed on a price of 39k for the QX50 if I agreed to buy it today. I told Lynn I will leave now its about an hour ride to the dealer ship. When we arrives at Infiniti of Hanover we were greeted at the door by Brian a salesman. I told him what we were there for and was told the car is sold. We were offered a Black QX50 in its place. I was upset that I just drove an hour to get a bait and switch. I told Brian we wanted a Blue one he said all we have is black. He did not even offer to find a Blue one for us. Heck I could have told him where they all were because I had been looking most of the day. Bait and switch never sits well with me. I would not recommend anyone use this business Dan O'Brien Infiniti of Hanover. if they will treat a customer like this imagine what else they would do when your not looking.
