Contacted the dealer via their website about a preowned 2019 Ram Laramie. Drove all the way from Boston to see the car. The welcoming was cold and unprofessional. Sales man showed us the car and when we sat to negotiate the price he said he could give us 1k off plus the installation of the back cover. He then gets up and says he is gonna find out how much they charge to install the cover normally. Comes back and says it has a cost of 700 at the dealer so he will only give us 400 dollars of the price. We asked for him to honor what he had originally offer and he said it was to much discount. He wouldn’t even get up from his chair and talk to his manager. We got up and left. He showed no desire to make the deal work or negotiate. He actually said the inventory of cars is low to Covid so they have a lot of buyers. At no point the manager approached us either trying to help. After leaving the store I sent an email to the manager and never even got a response. What a negative, sad experience. We own a ram in our Florida winter home and never encountered such treatment at a Ram dealer before.

Planet Chrysler is exemplary from sales to the service department. Purchasing a new vehicle went very smoothly. Mike in sales was extremely knowledgeable about the car features, he took his time to explain everything. Also the service department is well versed on working with hybrids, they are all sterling assets to the Chrysler Corporation. Was looking for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee to help with winter driving and luckily I found Planet Jeep in Franklin. I live a few towns away but was blown away with the service. I emailed Harvey from the Internet Team and he got back to me with in minutes with lots of information, pricing and answered all questions. He told me about specials and made sure I got the best price. When we came in he had my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee out front, warmed up and all the snow was removed. Rob then explained every feature and the newest safety advances that will have me sleeping better at night when my son drives it too. Same day delivery and Rob ran around to make it happen while being calm and friendly. Even a chair massage and hot coco! We are ready for the snow and summer in our new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Planet Jeep in Franklin made it easy!

Purchased a used Ram 1500. Sales process went well and I paid close to asking for the vehicle. Noticed a small mark on driver's door. Dealership attempted to fix, but stated entire door would need to be redone to fix problem. Noticed that front tires had significantly less tread then rears. Dealership inspected vehicle and vehicle passed so tires were not replaced. Sales director did not talk directly with me about concerns. Sales associate would go back and fourth between us relaying the conversation.

My Wife and I were shopping around for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and we loved how Planets website looked with their online stock options so we decided to take a trip to Franklin. From the minute we walked in and spoke with Jonathan the service was exceptional. He sat us down and listened to exactly what our needs were, took the time to answer all our questions and go over all the available options before he handpicked the very car we ended up going with. He even helped set up our phones to the Uconnect system in the car and go over in detail all of the fun features on the new Grand Cherokee Limited. He also did everything he could to work with us getting the best price for our trade in. Planet were so upfront with their pricing and they searched for the best interest rates for us for financing options which was huge help for us in making our decision. We LOVE our new wheels and cant thank Jonathan and Planet enough for making this such an easy, comfortable and stress free purchase. We came to Planet to purchase a new Jeep for my daughter. Tiffany greeted us immediately and she was very helpful with all of my daughters questions. It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we have ever had and the finance department worked hard to secure a loan for the purchase.. when we arrived to pick up the new Jeep it was parked right out front completely detailed and all of the paperwork had been completed. Tiffany handed us the keys, reviewed all of the fine details of the car and off we went. We definitely recommend Planet to anyone interested in buying a new car

My family has been going to Planet Jeep for over 10 years. My mother, father, and sister all drive Jeeps that we purchased and service at Planet. My 2006 Grand Cherokee died this week. That Jeep was handed down to me when my Dad recently got his new Grand Cherokee Overland. It's given my father and I eleven years of memories. I can't help but get sentimental at the passing of a car. There wasn't a doubt in my mind where I would be getting my next vehicle. Not only do I love Jeeps- but I wouldn't buy or service a Jeep anywhere else other than Planet Jeep in Franklin, MA. When you walk in you do not feel any pressure or judgement. Planet is a positive, pro-active, supportive place. Tiffany Bonilla was my sales specialist. Wow. I HIGHLY recommend Tiffany. Not only did she help me determine what to test drive, she also paid attention to all of my little quirks and unique desires that I had for my vehicle. I test drove two cars. Tiffany has a plethora of extensive technical knowledge about the vehicles. She also has a down to earth approach of discussing user friendly and practical features. I don't know a lot about cars but she was able to explain complex systems in simple, understandable ways. This really helped me make a clear, confident decision. Tiffany helped me through all of the steps of purchasing and registering my new Jeep. While my Jeep was being inspected she showed me videos of how to use particular features of my new Renegade. Before I left, Tiffany sat with me and walked me through these same features and answered any and all questions. She emailed me web links to more information and told me not to hesitate to reach out if I needed anything. I know I made another lasting friendship with a member of the Planet Jeep team. I am a true die hard car enthusiast and have had quite a few encounters with car dealerships, none have been as enjoyable as the experience that Peter Tasho of Planet shared with me. I first worked with Peter at the end of last summer, my girlfriend was in need of a vehicle and a close friend had recommended the dealership. From the get go Peter made us feel welcome and assisted us with anything we needed, with zero pressure. He was able to put my girlfriend in a vehicle that she absolutely loves, giving her an awesome deal and digging for any available incentives he could to get her a new Jeep. This set a precedence, I told Peter that in the spring I would be returning to purchase a new challenger. Purchasing a new muscle car is something I have always dreamed of doing since childhood and February 28th was the day this all came true. When I showed up at the dealership that afternoon I had my heart set on getting a brand new Scat Pack Shaker. Peter was more then happy to slap a dealer plate on a used Scat Pack for me to test drive and get a feel for the car. I was in love...and when I arrived back at the dealership we sat down and he then broke down the cost of purchasing a new one with the Shaker package. Needless to say the car cost a decent penny. From there, Peter offered up a similar model with all the looks, sound and features of the Scat Pack Shaker but at a lower cost.... The Challenger RT Plus Shaker. Me being a young man in my mid thirties I was still a little hung up on the 392 HEMI of the Scat Pack. So what Peter did was throw me the key to a 2015 Challenger RT 5.7 HEMI with a stick and said "See what you think". On went the dealer plate and off I went once again. When I arrived back I had a smile from ear to ear and was sold on the 5.7 HEMI. I left the dealer that day to think it over and the following Friday I came back and sat down with Peter to get a deal set. From there, we BUILT my car... a Torred 2017 Challenger RT Plus Shaker with a stick! The only request I had was that It come with the Scat Pack tail stripe like the Scat Pack Shaker. Once the car arrived 5 weeks later Peter arranged for it to have the stripe installed and kept me in the loop during the entire process. In the meantime I completed all the paperwork with the finance department and was ready to rock and roll. After a few days the car was done and when I arrived I almost hit the deck. The car blew my socks off! The car was beautifully detailed and awaiting my arrival. With brand new plates and a fresh tank of fuel I was ready to hit the streets! I have been driving the car non stop all weekend and the happiest man in the world. Thank you so much to Peter and the crew at Planet, you have made a dream i've had for many years come true. I look forward to working with your outfit in the future with all of our car needs. Thank you!!!!!!

I just bought a new Ram from Peter at Planet. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Peter. I ordered the truck from the factory and I had A LOT of questions regarding what options I wanted to go with. Peter helped me so much through this process by finding different vehicles that had the options I was interested in . This way I was able to test drive the different vehicles to know exactly what I wanted . If I had a question that he was unsure he would talk to the expert in that field or put me in contact with them to get the answers! I went back-and-forth to Planet multiple times to look at different options on these trucks and every time I arrived I was greeted with a smile from Peter saying " how can I help you today Kevin " I can be very hard to please sometimes!! Peter never made me feel like I was bothering him or asking for too much ! Peter also never made me feel rushed to make a decision on anything! On top of this he also gave me the best price on the truck as well as finding all available incentives to help lower the price ! Peter is very honest,laid-back with no pressure on his customers and upfront about everything ! I highly recommend Peter at planet Chrysler if you're looking to buy a new or used vehicle !!!

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle. After shopping around we found ourselves at Planet Jeep. We worked with Peter and he was extremely helpful and insightful. He offered his best price and searched to find us any other incentives we qualified for. Unlike the other dealerships we visited, we did not feel pressured to make a decision as soon as possible. We test drove a number of cars and they made sure we never felt like we were wasting their time. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. Needless to say we purchased the vehicle from Planet.

Planet is located kind of out of the way in Franklin, MA. The building looks like it was built 20 years ago and without regard to aesthetics. However, the folks that work there are amazing. I originally found them on Cars(dot)com, because they had an insane price on a Jeep. I called to make sure it was still there, and that the price was the actual price (I didn't see any small print like you find in the "detailed description" of most of the ads out there). The sales guy on the phone assured me that both were true. They are a little bit out of the way, but the drive was definitely worth it. When I got there, they guy had already pulled the Jeep out front so it was easy to look at and I didn't have to wander around. The Jeep was everything the ad said it was, and it actually looked a lot better in person than online. Overall it was a great experience - so unlike the other places I shopped (I wasn't accosted every 30 seconds by a different salesman, and they never tried to pressure me). The owner of the dealership even came out to thank me for shopping there.
