First couple of visits with a previous car were not up to par. But if not for Karen, and her professional customer service I never would have returned. But this last trip for service was the straw that broke the camels back. Quoted 800.00 on phone, then it was 1,000.00, and when I picked it up, 2days later, and still not blowing cold air, it was 1,200.00. Never Again

Sales manager is an [violative content deleted] who just wants to make a buck, thats it. There is NO customer service here, bought a car, they say it needs brakes, say its included in the price of the car. Do I get brakes? NOPE. Send me off in the car, right head light is falling out, no valve caps on any wheel, major exhaust leak. You would think the "safety check" they do to the car would catch these things. They tell me I have to take it to a VW dealership for the warranty on the exhaust just TWO days after picking the car up. Every heard of courtesy?? The salesman are VERY misleading. Tells me it will get new calipers, rotors, pads, etc. Brakes were not even touched. Oh and to mention the huge bubble in the tire, thats safe to drive down the highway. All of these issues that showed up a day after picking the car up should have been attended to BEFORE they gave the car to me. Steve Bianchi is a horrible manager who should just get fired from this dealership too, like the other ones he's worked at. They wanted to put the tire back on that had a bubble in it because they didnt get the tire yet, and needed the car for another customer. I have to say thats AWESOME. Take care of one customer first. Put me back in a car with a huge bubble in the tire?? Just look at the reviews, Steve has been there since about 2009, and since then the rating for this dealership has gone down, weird huh? Pros: Cant really thing of any... Cons: TERRIBLE SERVICE, I get an oil change sticker with a check mark on it. What the heck is that suppose to tell me? Miles? Date? Oil grade? This dealership care about making a quick buck and hoping your not a car person, so you dont come back within that 60 period... Shop around, go elsewhere. This dealership isnt worth the hassle.

Shopped here for their top of the line SUV and ended up VERY disappointed. Went through phone calls and emails (yes I document everything) to ensure I would get the right deal when going to the dealership, and when I got there...the price changed by over 2300.00. 5 hours of wasted time and the usual "we're only making $500.00" on this car line. Avoid the trap and get a confirmed quote in writing from the sales manager in email before coming. My quote came from a sales associate...doesn't count!

Buyers Beware! Alden will not stand behind any GM warranties. They can't fix GM vehicles that they sell. They claim to sell Pre-Owned Certified GM cars with 'No Worries' and charge you a warranty fee AFTER you make the deal. What a regret I've made buying my vehicle off of these people. I gave them a perfectly immaculate Trade-In and they sell me a Lemon of a GM. Look for a bigger and more reputable Dealer then Alden. Save yourself the multiple trips to their Service Dept. to attempt to repair your vehicle. They call you and tell you that your vehicle is complete and they never fix all the problems. I'm on my way to the MA Attorney General as we speak! Do I even have to give these people 1 Star? How about negative Stars instead? What a let down. Alden took the excitement out of purchasing my vehicle and I buy cars all the time. Please, please, please go buy your vehicle from another Dealer. Don't make the same 'unforeseen' mistake I did.

we went to alden buick to buy a 2006 chevy trailblazer, nice suv, good price, nice sales man, Randy, the ad they had posted had many super nice options, too bad most of them were not on this suv....nor was the vehicle "GM Certified" as listed...was told this suv was only on the lot for just barely 60 days, Lemonfree.com has it posted 83 days, went down hill fast, when I showed Randy and another sales guy and "the head somebody" behind the desk the ad I had bought with me, Randy bought me outside to try to find the options, while the other two scrabbled to find the listing I had brought me....neither was successful...the trade in vehicle wasn't worth the trouble so we said we will keep it, they were asking $15.680. for this vehicle, so I offered $15,000, and wanted them to "Cerified " the suv for 48 mths, easy beans I thought suv had low miles, nope wouldn't do, we were paying cash.. we left, they called, we said same deal, they said "no" we went home..next morning they called again, I then offered $14,000. and no Certified would be needed, still refused, We had asked for a carfax on another car we were looking at... this car for some reason....could not be carfax.... first time I ever heard of that....Randy song and danced around that one very quickly...when asked why the options were listed when the suv did not have them was told " a certain special person wrote them" bottom line, "one " most be "special" to do bussiness with this crew, if you go to this dealer make sure you bring your paperwork and be prepared for much confusion and much song and dance....
