on"Quote" and "price" really not applicable because work was performed under warranty. Still, it was a pleasure to deal with everyone in service and rental depts. -- especially since we did not buy this particular car at this dealership. (Tho had bought others at Danvers Ford before.) I expect we'll return to Danvers for our next car.

onFor a first time experience with this dealer, I could not have been happier. I have purchased cars from other dealers and had good experiences, but this was by far the best. Everyone is laid back and easy going through the entire experience. You might have heard of no pressure sales, but this redefines even that. I felt like I was sitting with my family swapping stories and having a great time. Then came the actual deal. The put a price in front of me that was lower than I went in wanting to spend. I could not wait to sign. I felt like I was getting the deal of a lifetime, let alone the people and the personalities that made this such a great time. I have never been so relaxed or laughed so much while buying a car. Get there and find this out for yourself. Go in expecting to have a good time and walk out having the best time you ever had spending money!
