I would like to say thank you to Mr. Cassie the sales manager not only did she go out of her way to win me over as a customer she provided a loaner car until my new car was ready. Simply great customer service not wanting me to stress about waiting for my new car as I was starting a new job. Well done to both Cassie's and the rest of the team at Curry Nissan! I called about a vehicle on there lot to find if it was available. I was told yes. Drove there to find out it happen to be in the process of being sold. I had read other views which state the same. It looks like a old dealer scam to get you there.

I am 100% satisfied with my overall leasing experience at Curry Nissan. The salesman, Tony was very friendly and informative, and was not pressuring me to get the lease. He made sure to take the time to explain the details of each model and the difference between them. Because of this, I was able to make an informed decision, and I now drive a 2018 Nissan Sentra. I love this car, I am a first-time lessee, and didn’t understand the lease process well. However, Tony was able to guide me through with ease, making sure to answer my questions about the leasing process. I ended up leasing my first vehicle from Anthony Windoloski working with Fitz and Cassandra Doty and the whole team at Curry Nissan from my first time being there. All I really want to say about the establishment from the people that work for Curry Nissan is that they truly make you feel like family and they go out of their way to help you and make sure they put you into the best possible vehicle that works for you and your current situation not for them. I would highly recommend Curry Nissan to anyone that's looking to buy a new or used vehicle or looking to lease one. I will most definitely be buying my next car from this dealership.

Bobby Doe went out of his way to get our registration and insurance transfer done. It was a difficult day as it was very hot and we had our grandson with us and he started feeling ill. Liberty Mutual made process harder than it should have been. I would highly recommend Bobby Doe and Curry.

I dread the car buying experience. My recent car I owned for 12 years. The anxiety it causes me is awful. Am I getting the best deal? Am I getting the right vehicle? So when my car died I went where my brother and my father went. They couldn't say enough about Jim Ward. They were so right. He was so funny and honest and up front about everything. He listened to my story, my concerns and what I thought I was looking for. He took time asking me questions, explaining how things work and showing me different vehicles. He never rushed me or made me feel like I wasn't important. I love my new car and thanks to Jim I feel confident I made the right choice and I got the best deal. Thank you Jim!!!!

I leased a Nissan Altima and decided to buy my vehicle out. I wanted to get my loan with a credit union because the loan rates were better. Come to find Nissan is the ONLY dealership that makes you buy out the car with Nissan first before being able to get a loan with the credit union. They say it takes 4-6 weeks for them to get the title but iv been waiting longer and when I call they tell me "sorry it was lost". Even though it gets sent electronically from Boston. In the mean time I received my first bill and the loan amount was way more then what I thought it was going to be. When I spoke to Matt in finance he went over the loan with me and said he put a platinum warranty for 2,700$ on my vehicle. First off he never went over my warranty options with me and I never agreed to having a platinum warrant when it will expire in 7,000 miles. Never again will I do business with them or recommend them to anyone!

From the start we were treated very well. Were asked what we were shopping for, the sales lady Cassidy (greatest) showed us the car and took it for a drive. The decision in the purchase was based on vehicle preference, presentation, sale and financing (thanks Matt). The guys at Curry Nissan in Chicopee Ma. are the greatest! Scott, Fitz, and Dave Vakalis made this buying experience a pleasure! When I arrived at the dealership, there in the showroom, complete with a bow, was my new 2016 Nissan Murano!This is the third vehicle that we've purchased from here and wouldn't go anywhere else. These guys are honest and we feel they gave us a great price! Even Matt in the financing department managed to get us in and out in a short amount of time. I also want to say that Fitzhugh and Mr. Howard were also wonderful. I could have gone to closer Nissan Dealerships, but it was worth the longer drive to go to Curry.

Once again, another great experience at Curry Nissan in Chicopee. They remember my name when I walk in and they always make me feel comfortable and welcomed. This is my 4th vehicle with them and I'm happy as usual. I feel confident they got me the best deal and I love my car. My salesman, Paul Earnest, was extremely patient while I made some decisions and then very thorough going over every detail/feature of the car I chose. He kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and had my car ready for me on time as promised. Check them out!!

I've bought 12 cars in Maryland, Virginia, Massachusetts and Curry Nissan over the past 10 years and Curry Nissan was - by far - the best buying experience that I've had. I shopped around for the car price and the trade price and they were right there to meet it. Another dealer around the Boston area said they had a "low price guarantee" but they were $6,000 off the best deal I found and just said "we're not interested". That was Herb Chambers. Others just didn't come down on price or when they did, gutted the trade. Some gave me a reasonable combination, but were farther away. Steve Clarke in sales was fantastic. Scott the sales manager was THE BEST sales manager that I've ever dealt with. Period.
