Car repair/oil change

Kyle did a great job! A week prior to my visit, I showed Kyle the part on my car that needed replacing. He ordered the part and it was on hand when I dropped off my car. Kyle even called me prior to my visit to inform that the part did in fact arrive. I dropped my car off yesterday morning. Kyle called me with a progress update and then called me when my car was ready to be picked up. Great service! I couldn't ask for anything more. Good job!

Disappointed

I have been bringing my car here a few times and the people have been so nice. So I told my husband to bring our truck here for a service. Well long story short it was over filled by two quarts of oil and nothing was greased. When my husband called that night the sales manager was responsive, but he next morning the service manager was irresponsible and admitted to not greasing anything and still charged us for it as part of the service package. I am so disappointed and disgusted ii will now have to spend another $800 to take our truck to another mechanic to make sure everything else was actually done because I cant believe anything I cant see.

Unsatisfied again

The first Car that I bought started making a weird noise From the muffler after a huge snowstorm. I brought it in to get checked out and they told me everything was fine. The noise continued to get louderSo I brought it back again in they told me it was normal. The car had not made that noise prior to this snowstorm. The noise was a rattle coming from what seemed to be the muffler. So I had to continue with my brand new car with this weird sound that was very annoying. So one day I brought it in for an oil change and decided to look at a different car. Find 1I liked and told them about how badd my prior experience with them was and how I didn't plan on ever buying another car from them again. They reassured me that this time it would be different so I purchased the next vehicle. I filled out all the paperwork and was ready to take my car My car home after a few days that they needed to do the paperwork and clean the car. Signed all the paperwork and Agreed to the terms of the contract and brought my car home. The next day I get a phone call from the dealership telling me they needed me to come back to the Dealership but would not tell me why. I called them and told them what was going on so I can prepare myself when I get there. The person on the phone told me they had no idea what was going on and I just needed to Come in . I came in and spoke to the sales manager and he told me that there was a problem with the paperwork and that I was going to have to pay an additional $1500. I asked how this could happen and he said it was an oversight from himself the sales guy and to top it all off that was also partly my fault. I was infuriated. Feeling like I had no other option I agreed to it and the added the $1500 to my loan. I still feel this is ridiculous and I will never buy another car from your dealership again .. I cannot believe that I bought 2 cars from you guys to begin with and that both times the level of dissatisfaction was ridiculous. My wife recently bought a vehicle in had I been treated fairly at your dealership she probably would have bought it from you guys however instead she bought it from a Subaru dealership because she knew how unsatisfied I was with your staff and this is the 2nd time I've filled out one of these complaint forms and I have never heard back from me the 1 nor do I plan on it because I have such low expectations from your dealership that I would just be moving on from this point it will never buy another car from you again

Deal Reneged Upon

I would like to register with you my dissatisfaction with my experience at Bob Pion Buick-Pontiac-GMC today. I visited your dealership to see if they had a Pontiac Vibe that met my needs. I have recently become a father and my current vehicle, an '04 Ford Ranger, no longer has enough seating with a car seat in place. I stopped in around 1:00p Saturday, met with Al Richardson who was nice enough to show me a couple of options. I then test drove an '08 stripped down white Vibe (5-spd manual, no power options). It seemed great, so we sat down and looked at the numbers. Al spoke to Will Smith, your Sales Manager, and came back with a figure of my truck as a trade, plus $5,500. He proceeded to show me the valuation placed on my vehicle by visiting an auction/wholesale website (possibly Galves.com, it started with a G). I explained to him that I had an opportunity to purchase a similar vehicle from [another dealership] for my trade plus $4000. Al countered with $5000, knocking $500 off the price. I said, if it is a choice between $4000 and $5000, I would choose $4000. So Al talked it over again and then said if I would take the deal right now, they would do $4000. I called my wife, agreed on the spot and told them to go test drive my trade in. Will took it out, came back and said everything tested out fine. So I was ready to start filing out my paperwork. Then Al left to talk to Will again, and came back with the offer sheet stating that it would be my trade plus $5000 because he called "his Ford guy" and he couldn't get as much as he thought. It is not my fault that the Sales Manager made an offer with insufficient information. He had checked his wholesale website that he said was used to value trade-ins. I am having a hard time understanding why I was made an offer and then the offer was reneged upon. Why was the offer made at all? And why was it not honored? The Sales Manager made an offer that I accepted in good faith. Who, in this economy is foolish enough to walk away from a cash deal, with a one owner trade-in?

The guys and girls at Bob Pion Buick Pontiac GMC were the best in western mass period. I had never been there to buy a vehicle and they treated me like a friend not a customer! To me that make a huge difference to me, its not very often into todays day in age you find both customer oriented and friendly people. They didnt push me around or keep calling me back time after time and honestly thats why i went back!! They took me for a complete tour introducing me to the owners and the managers...I even felt right at home when they brought me into service and I had two smiling faces greet me..Everyone has there own opinion but this is mine and I absolutely love these guys...Through my own personal experiences with car dealers I will never go anywhere but Bob Pion..YOU CANT SACRIFICE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR PRICE!!
